Vacation rentals with a patio in Castelar

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Agustin was always helpful and responded to all our inquiries quickly. The cleanliness of the Depto was very good. The balcony is beautiful to sit and enjoy the canopy of the trees. We will definitely go back to the same place without thinking twice. Point in favor, it has parking in the building grave!

The apt is large with several environments, it is very well located, very close to the congress, museums, restaurants, commercial area and you can reach the obelisk by walking. Transportation is easy to take just a block away from a subway station, you have bondi and taxi that is not very expensive.

I had a wonderful stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Communications were excellent, the apartment was well stocked with basic provisions, and the apartment has an all round general good vibe, ideal for 1 or 2 people. For me, the best bit was the location, close to the busy nightlife of Palermo Soho, but a few safe blocks walk away, where it is more quiet and one can sit and chill on the sizeable roof terrace with a decent view, and in peace. Recommended!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is very nice, it was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. The only comment I have is about the entrance hall to the apartment, when we arrived it had a lot of smell, which I understand comes from the apartment next door. It was partially resolved by ventilating the aisle and with a flavoring but it still persisted a little. The hosts were always very friendly and helpful to us.

Perfect downtown location. All tourist destinations within walking distance.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Came to visit the city with a few friends and the place was great! The rooms were very clean and there were more than enough beds for our group. The area was ideal, close to food and bars. Would highly recommend!

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

Place is nice and quiet, asado on the rooftop is amazing, small outdoor area is cozy and sunny. Place looks historic and authentic, enough of everything for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

Very comfortable, clean as the photos are in the listing. The location is very good 300mtr from Calle Corrientes, where you find what you are looking for, Banks, all kinds of shops. Maria is very clear, excellent hostess.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕
