Vacation rentals with a patio in Castel Volturno

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

Tidy and clean room, perfect location to visit Sant' Angelo, we spent unforgettable days and we were in absolute tranquility, responsive and flexible host on check-in, an experience to do again.

Stunning view where we took our morning coffee and breakfast and evening sits. New kitchen appliances all worked well. Very comfortable sitting areas outside on deck and inside living room. Comfy beds. One bedroom had mosquitos one night cuz they left their windows open but other had none. So keep windows closed at sunrise and sunset. AC worked perfectly as did washing machine.

Great structure, great location. A little uncomfortable to access with luggage without an elevator. But the beauty of the apartment doesn't weigh this out. I would add some softer light in the rooms and common spaces. Superlative terraces!!!

We loved Salvatore’s house! Surrounded by orange trees, beautiful gardens and nature but in the heart of everything. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The entire house was immaculate and well kept. The extra touches were perfect. We will come back for sure.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and you could not beat the view. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The place was new and well decorated. What I suggest as an improvement would be a couch in the master room. Otherwise, everything is fine, also a nice little garden and a parking space is also there. My car was too big, but we were able to sort it out somehow.

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Simone was immediately very helpful and attentive so that everything was fine. The house is very nice and spacious and we had a great time.

Cozy house with a lot of light and a beautiful garden with lemon and orange trees around. Tourist attractions e.g. Sorrento, Pompeii and Amalfi coast are all easily reachable. We came by a bigger rental car and Stefano helped us arrange an easy and affordable parking spot in the city center of Meta from where it was only a 5 min walk (and he even took our luggage by car). Smaller cars would have been able to park directly at the house. Stefano was a super friendly host who was always available to help us and proactively gave us many great recommendations on what to do in the region. He also gave us a car ride multiple times even if the destination was a bit farther away. It was very convenient to have him around :) And we enjoyed that he sometimes passed by to take care of the garden and us - by bringing croissants for breakfast :). This is not merely a place to sleep at but to enjoy true Italian hospitality. We'd definitely recommend staying there and would be happy to return.

Had a fantastic stay. The place was super clean, quiet, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The private parking spot was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. Marianna was responsive, accommodating, and always quick to help with anything we needed.

Great stay, very helpful and very kind host, he responds promptly and gives very clear directions to Naples and what to see I repeat that it is on the 3rd floor of a building in the historic center with steep stairs, Corrado welcomed us to the square and also helped us with luggage on the way back. Highly recommend !

Very well located apartment in the historic center of Naples, close to the metro and a 15-minute walk from the pier for the islands. The home was clean and ideal for our family of 5 with comfortable bedding. The information provided by Carlo was clear. We had a great time in Naples!

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We have stayed at Stefano’s place for impromptu weekend away. It was immaculately prepared and the location.. oh my… if you want to experience the real Naples, this is the place to be. So conveniently located for all major sites and transport hubs, in old building full of character, well tucked away from street noise and therefore very quiet.
