Bright apartment in Bolognina

Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.
A stone building with green shutters is set against a cloudy sky. Colorful flowers cascade from the balcony railings, creating a vibrant contrast with the natural stone. A pathway lined with greenery leads towards the entrance, enhancing the welcoming character of the space.

Casa Poli Bolzoni

We really liked this house in a small Italian village because it is safe and peaceful. Marco sent us clear instructions about location and parking. We also had an accident and Marco helped us change our check-in time and gave us an adapter for the night to charge our phones. Sandra met us in the parking, she is nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have a rest apartment.
A charming stone house is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a shaded terrace with a small table and chairs. The landscape offers views of hills in the distance, while a sparkling pool can be seen in the background, framed by well-kept gardens.

Tuscan Villa

DeeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. 7 Panorama was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want.We especially appreciated the breakfast supplies and the bottle of Tuscan wine. Thank you for having us as your guests at 7 Panorama Alberto. We hope to come again soon. All the best til then !

La Selvatica

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.
A large swimming pool is surrounded by light grey tiled flooring. Gleaming blue water is visible, reflecting the clear sky. The pool area is enclosed by a fence, with several trees providing shade nearby. Residential buildings are seen in the background.

Independent villa with a communal pool

Pierre-MichelRating, 5 stars6 months ago
A very pleasant stay, in a very quiet place, with lots of natural and historical places to visit: the beaches, the Po Delta and its many reserves, Rimini, Comacchio and even Venice... Note that the bedding is particularly comfortable in a pleasant and clean house where there is everything you need. Tiziana, even without seeing her we can say it, is a very friendly person, a perfect hostess.

Villa Caiano Dependance - Villa with private pool

JohanRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.
