Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Castel Focognano

My friends and I celebrated New Year's Eve in this farmhouse surrounded by Tuscan nature. The house and garden are beautiful! The hosts were impeccable and responsive to our every request. I would recommend it for a quiet stay with friends. We found some bugs but the hosts were very kind and made us have an insecticide spray.

Eleonora's little house is a property surrounded by nature away from any external "disturbance". If you're looking for a place with these features to completely disconnect from the world, this is the right choice. You'll be in the middle of the Casentino forest park with several viewpoints nearby. The little house has all the essentials and what you can expect from a mountain house. Attention because there is no mobile network coverage in the house, with some operators you have to get away a few meters outside the walls, but in my opinion this is an advantage :) Eleonora and her husband couple TOP

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We stayed at Casa Ciappi for three whole months in Summer, and it was absolutely amazing! The house and surrounding land is beautiful, with ample space for our kids to play around, whilst being secluded and fenced for peace of mind. Area is very quiet, with little to no traffic on the "main" road. Inside is spacious and relatively cool despite the super-hot temperatures. A fully-equipped kitchen meant living comfortably during our stay, and internet was decent - we had multiple video calls with ease. Full of character, a Tuscan country house architecture with tasteful decor, surrounded by green hills, flowers and trees, birdsong and insect chirping…bliss! Nearby grocery shop was useful, and plenty of restaurants a short drive away with tasty food at reasonable price. Michela and her parents basically became our second family during our stay, they and their dogs are super friendly! Summary: gorgeous place with absolutely lovely hosts, 10/10 we will do our best to revisit!

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

Claudia was wonderful, welcoming us and helpful during our stay. Very helpful and friendly made us feel at home, as a family. The places are beautiful, both from a landscape/naturalistic point of view (the Casentino National Park is an enchanting place) and historical cultural (Arezzo is about 40 minutes by car and several villages nearby, in addition to the Hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli). If we have a chance to return to the area, we will choose Claudia's house again.

I traveled with my three adult daughters to this incredibly beautiful and peaceful villa situated in the Tuscan countryside. It is an ideal location to use as a base when exploring to surrounding area. Filippo and Maria Teresa were welcoming hosts and treated us like family . We hope to return in the future.

The cottage in Tuscany offered exactly what I had imagined: a quiet, secluded location and lots of comfort. The house was clean and well maintained, perfect for a relaxing break. The only downside was the neighbor's loud dog, which sometimes disturbed the idyll. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay that I can recommend at any time.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Great apartment in San Gimignano and Clara is a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is great. Clara was very accommodating with our schedule and helpful with the parking.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!
