One of the best places our family has stayed in. Owners have really thought it through - their place has everything you need, it's very clean and cost, pool is very nice, apartments are private, surrounding are just stunning and there's a lot to do around if you want to. Highly recommend.

Gianluca's cabin is very beautiful! it is in an area of vineyards on the outskirts of Faenza, the view is amazing and he was very attentive to us. Super recommended!

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.

This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.

The place is in a dreamed area of Tuscany. The house is beautiful, warm, comfortable and has everything you need for cooking. Lorella was very helpful, recommended places to eat and how to get to Firenze in a quiet way.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside cottage! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy living spaces to the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and sipping coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The location was ideal for exploring the countryside, with plenty of scenic trails and quaint villages nearby. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend!
