I really liked the flat. The flat is very spacious, cosy and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Good host, responded on time and always in touch.

Great place, great personal, except weak Internet everything was perfect, would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Baku, a lot of small shops nearby, big shopping mall 5 minutes by foot, metro and railway station 3 minutes by foot, all city deliveries are available, about 15 minutes away from the sea by foot.

Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

A scented and spacious apartment. The area is quiet, 10 minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev Park, Füzuli Park, 28 Mall.. It is a building with security on the ground parking floor, it has 2 Lifts. There is a small grocery store, on the ground floor, in front of the building., and the Rahat supermarket, 100 meters away., also, across the avenue to your left is the Bolmart Bazaar supermarket, 5 minutes walk. A scented and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one with a balcony. a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, and another with its toilet and a washbasin. large living room with TV and fast Internet service. kitchen is also very spacious, gas stove with an electric burner., a large, tall refrigerator, a built-in washing machine as well, heating and hot water. Elxan was excellent. always available! He helped us with our immigration registration and getting to the airport. Recommended.

The room theme was great. The location in the sea breeze was to restaurants. And the host, Mr. Murad, gave all the melumads and was in the reputation of the lawsuit. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The hostess of the apartment was very helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient, gorgeous view from the window of the Caspian Sea. The apartment looked the same as in the photos, there are all the amenities. There is a supermarket on the ground floor, which was also very convenient. Among the disadvantages - the toilet is leaking (but the host said she would fix everything) and there were problems with cockroaches. In general, the apartment left a pleasant impression: excellent location, communication with the hostess, comfort and everything as in the photos. Some minor flaws were promised by the hostess to be corrected.
