Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Caspian Sea

Our previous Airbnb was suddenly cancelled, before we could check in. We were glad, that Shirin provided us her Airbnb the same day. The check-in was easy. Thank you Shirin

The place is hard to locate. Host stays in Australia due to which it's hard to communicate. Though the house was clean it had some kind of picklesh smell. The bidet was broken & the plates had oil stains. Even the bedsheets had some stains. We still co-operated as we wanted to be polite. But what happened after that ruined our whole experience. There was no one to pick up the garbage & the host had told to either throw them or keep in the house and it will be cleaned later. But her mom made us carry the garbage with us. She checked the entire house before our exit & made us place the things exactly where they were before. During this trip we used our own towels & never used the towels that were in the cupboard but host charged us 8k claiming that there were lipstick stains on the towels. The pics that she sent as proof did even have lipstick stains. When we denied her claims & sent the proof she took back the complaint. Our experience with the host and her mom was really bad.

Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

What a fantastic host - responsive, flexible, and friendly throughout the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure check-in and check-out was painless. The place was nice and well located in town. Would recommend.

The Parkside Apartment is very convenient for traveling to and from the airport, as the AirPort Express Bus stop is located directly across from the apartment. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets in the vicinity. The 28 May Metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, and the 28 Department Stores are conveniently located next to the metro station. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures on Airbnb, with a spacious layout and fully furnished, including a kitchen. Additionally, housekeeping services are provided daily to assist with room cleaning and makeup. Checking in at the Parkside Apartment is made easy with the assistance of the reception staff located on the ground floor. I highly recommend it!

Clean! Cozy. Responsive host. I was always available. Detailed instructions , recommendations. There are free swimming pools, towels throughout the property. There was drinking water, tea, shower gel, shampoo at check-in. For us, there was a plus since we flew in for 2 days with hand luggage, there was no need to look for a store. An iron and ironing board were brought upon request. I recommend it! We will definitely go back .

Ramil is an extremely helpful host. She was very helpful in accommodating our needs and resolving problems in Baku. This is the place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visit to Baku. Nice and clean apartment, lots of space. There is everything you need. The metro is almost across the street, there are lots of cafes and shops nearby. The host is very friendly.

I booked this place for my family and this is what they said: "We immediately felt at home. The place is located a bit far from city center just the way we wanted. Perfect for meditation lovers and artistic people. We wanted a place close to the nature where no one honks. Initially we booked this place for 2 days but then we extended out stay. The host was always available on phone to assist. Just a suggestion that pillows could be more comfortable but can't complain. We will definitely come back just to enjoy some quite and peaceful hours of our lives. Thank you so much!"

It was very successful in terms of price / performance. The location of the house is also very good as well. Our host was very caring and helpful.

Nice flat in the new building in the city center, it has everything one could use for a short stay

Eldar is a very nice man. He was super flexible with my changes in dates. He immediately got me an adapter when I realized that I had forgotten to bring mine. He provided instructions on places to go and how to get there. When I had to get to the airport very late at night for a very modest fare he came and picked me up and gave me a ride. He told me quite a bit more about the city as he drove me to the airport, more than I heard from my one tour. And whats more he is a musician and plays in the national symphony so renting his place is like supporting the arts. The apartment is in the old city and close to everything in that part of town. It is at the back of a housing complex so set back from the street and dead quiet. There isnt a lot of natural light in the bedroom and hallway but the kitchen cum living room does provide some. its modestly furnished and clean and provides a comfortable amount of space, and was much preferred to staying in a hotel room.
