My stay here was perfect. I arrived quite late and Roger was still there to show me the way in and make sure I was settled. Very easy to find / access and really private. The guesthouse itself was lovely and very homey and comfortable. I will without a doubt be back and would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Yasmine's cottage. The surrounds were so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the horses from the window. The cottage was conveniently located only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

It’s also wonderfully quiet at night without any noise disturbances. The host thoughtfully provides toiletries, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including various seasonings, making cooking convenient. The property also has a private garage, which makes parking stress-free. The internet is high-speed, perfect for everyday use and video calls. I had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

craig and Donna are wonderful hosts, made us feel at home, could not be more helpful. Beautiful location and accommodation close to everything but felt wonderfully remote. George their Labrador was fabulous and super friendly and obedient. we are world travelers and this was the best bnb we have ever stayed in. Awesome 2 weeks. Definitely booking again.

What can I say about Fibi and her house, it was spectacular. It was clean, tidy. She was very well organised and very responsive. After last year’s terrible experience she made us very very happy. I can’t thank her enough. If we need to go to Melbourne again with my eyes closed I will be going to her place. Thank you again Fibi.

We had a great stay as a family with kids. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The decor was perfect and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. We weren’t aware the garage was accessible, so used the driveway for one car and parked the other elsewhere. Wish we had asked the host and saved some walking :) Will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottage and host for other guests.

We really enjoyed it - great location between the two venues we were playing at. V peaceful - we enjoyed walking around and meeting the chickens and cows. Melissa and her family were lovely. We were v greatful that Melissa allowed us to have a mid - arvo checkout as we had to be at a venue v early and packing up to leave before we went there would have been tricky!! The accommodation was lovely with v comfortable beds and we took full advantage of the washing line!! Property is “semi-rural” but is within easy driving distance of shopping centres and some v good restaurants. We also went to Frankston Beach and to the McClelland Sculpture Park, both of which we thoroughly recommend. The Sculpture Park has a gallery which currently has an exhibition by an Aboriginal artist called Teho Ropeyarn - his work is stunning. All in all we had a very fun visit - many thanks to our lovely host.

Ashlin was a very friendly host who was very hospitable and accommodating. If I had any questions, she was very responsive. She decorated the accommodation with Xmas items which was lovely. We had our two dogs stay with us and there were two large ovals directly across the road where I was able to take the dogs to the toilet and walks. Ashlin on the second day dropped off more toilet paper, milk and fruit which was lovely. Highly recommend.

House was beautiful and spacious, exactly as shown! The kitchen does have everything you need but was just a little light on cooking utensils for our big family. Place was very clean and conveniently located for our stay :)

Amazing stay just an hour's drive from Melbourne. Ben was wonderful in welcoming us to the property. The cabin itself was cosy and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Phillip Island or the Dandenong Ranges.

Jo was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She graciously gave us a tour of her beautiful estate and even invited us to join her in feeding the animals—a heartwarming and unique experience we’ll cherish forever. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
