The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and clean. Check in is very easy, large private parking space behind the fence. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Irene is really friendly and caring and very responsive. I like the quiet surroundings and of course the excellent starting point, where you can walk from the apartment to the train station etc.. I will definitely come back. P.S. For those who value the quality of bed, I can say that you won't be disappointed, because it's great. Irene thank you for everything 😊

One of my best AirB experiences to this date. The place matched the images exactly, and even topped my expectations. Clean, very modern, spacious, and love the proximity to main areas. Communication with Pietro was top-notch. Highly recommend for any Venice trips!

Perfect! Friendly host (Roberta was lovely), cozy place, close to bus station to Venice historic site. Nothing but perfect!

We absolutely loved this house, it was off a small canal and close to two squares where there were places to eat. Everything was easy to walk to. Great recommendations for food and things to do. Coffee provided is we wanted it for mornings. Rooms were good size, house was clean. Chiara gave us a little bag of cookies for our departure. We loved the hosts as much as the house! Spoke great English. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit.

Very clean accommodation and above all very well placed in Venice, we were able to do everything on foot. The street is very quiet and the apartment is well equipped. Very good communication as soon as you book. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Erika’s place. Her apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed during our stay in Venice. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. The apartment is located close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Venice historical centre is just a short drive away either by bus or car. Erika was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. The food was all excellent! We arrived in the late evening after our long drive and Carmen was very pleasant and helpful when she met us for check in. We would stay at Erika’s place again if we visit Venice.

Top-notch, five-star experience: spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with beautiful view overlooking the water and Padua Cathedral. I was 100 percent satisfied - the pictures are very accurate, the bed is so comfortable, the apartment is bright and the location is really fantastic. What really stands out for me is value for money (my son is studying in Padua and this is my third trip - definitely best value for money so far), how incredibly spotlessly clean it is, and hosts Sylvia's and Elena's warm welcome - real human touch. Communication was great altogether, and Sylvia went out her way to help me with another matter during my stay too. A short walk into the centre, yet this neighbourhood has an atmosphere of its own - so enjoyed the community feel at the local wine bar (try Enoteca Evoè), deli, art/vintage shops and cafés (love atmosphere at the la Specola bar further down the river). Highly recommended ... fills up fast though, 6 out of 5 stars!

We had a great time. The apartment was easily accessible, the instructions for access were correct and simple. The apartment was central and in line with the photos published. We appreciated the modern design of the house and the spectacular view from the living room balcony. The bathroom was equipped with adequate detergents for the whole family and for the duration of the stay.

Serena is a great host and was very responsive to the requests I’ve made. The place is near by the train station which has a direct access to Venice. Just had a some problem with the heating during the night which needs to be addressed. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Very nice apartment in beautiful location! Has everything you need for comfortable stay. Just one thing to mention, the flat is on the fourth floor and there is now lift, but it’s not a problem. Tatiana, many thanks
