We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. We had an amazing time at the cute cottage in the woods. Clelia greeted us when we got there and gave us a little gift and yummy pastries. She even made the cozy fireplace for us to use. The nature around us was so beautiful, with a stunning view of the valley. The cottage was like a fairy tale, made of local stones and wood and had everything we needed to cook and eat. It was super clean and had enough space for three more people. If we ever go back to this area, this cottage would be our top pick. It was perfect! We really appreciate Clelia and Angelo for being so hospitable.

We stayed in this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday through Sunday. From the very beginning, the host was available and thorough in clarifying any of our doubts. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and affordable for everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel comfortable, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready when needed!! We will definitely be back!

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. Very welcoming apartment. Tidy and clean, equipped with many comforts. Federico is very helpful and accurate. Nearby there were both restaurants and basic shops; convenient location for points of interest such as Roccaraso or Opi/Pescasseroli.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
