Vacation rentals in Cascina Vallazza

We spent 6 great days in Matteo's apartment! The location allows to make excursions to Milan as well as to Lake Maggiore (or others). Both can be reached directly from here by train. Behind the house is also a beautiful forest with nice hiking trails. In the kitchen we missed a few things, but the mother (lives upstairs, speaks only Italian) was very kind and helpful. She likes to borrow things. Overall, we were completely satisfied!

The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Mattia's parents warmly welcomed us with many treats. It was just a pity that the sun was gone in the garden from 3 pm. Otherwise everything was great. We all, including our dogs, felt very comfortable.

This is a gorgeous home with stunning views of Lake Como. Very comfortable, quiet, and private. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is important to have your own car to get to this location as walking to town would be challenging. Once we discovered the parking lots in town, using the car to get back and forth was not a problem. Highly recommend this home.

Sara is a very friendly and responsive host, and the place is absolutely lovely. It was nice staying in a true Walser house, it was charming and spotless. The walk up was fine for us, but just beware if you have any mobility issues at all. We are both 1.83 (6ft), and only needed to duck slightly in the bathroom, we didn’t mind it at all, the place is very cosy! We would (and probably will) stay here again :)

We had a pleasant stay at Ana and Carlos's apartment which allowed us to discover the region. The fireplace is definitely an asset of this home and we enjoyed the evenings by the fire. Everything was clean and tidy, the apartment is tastefully decorated. In March, the brightness on this side of the lake is reduced by the mountains, and the apartment was less bright than in the pictures. This was not a problem since we spent our days on the hiking trails.

We had a wonderful few days at Lilia's place. Incredible views, really peaceful. I would highly reccommend.

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it just as much, if not more, than the first. The apartment is exactly as described—immaculately maintained and truly a home away from home. Rafaella has thoughtfully upgraded the bed, which was a much-appreciated improvement. The hosts are approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist. The apartment's location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood filled with an array of food and beverage options. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently just a few steps away, making it perfect for exploring the city.
