Nos ha encantado la estancia en el duplex, muy cómodo y práctico además de bonito. Había de todo y nos ha gustado mucho. Para que le sirva para otras ocasiones en el factory que está al lado del alojamiento si preguntas en la portería, te indican donde puedes dejar las maletas en consigna en el caso de que el vuelo salga por la tarde, te guardan las maletas allí al lado.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno veramente piacevole. Cristina a Carlos sono persone molto premurose accoglienti e disponibili. Appartamenti curato nei dettagli , pulito e in un’ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla Metropolitana. Raccomandiamo di soggiornare qui. Grazie a Cristina e Carlos. Ernesto e Paola

Really a great place to come and enjoy the heart of the city. We loved the windows that opened to the busy street below and yet when we closed them for the night the place was quiet, safe and private. Would totally love to stay here again. Thanks Liliana for helping make a great stay.

Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

Ήταν πολύ όμορφα στο χώρο του Rui!! Δίπλα από την παραλία και πολύ άνετο για δυο και περισσότερα άτομα. 😊 Μεγάλο και καθαρό μπάνιο. Τραπέζι για 4-6 άτομα, καλός κλιματισμός! Ωστόσο, ίσως χρειάζεται μια ανανέωση στα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια 😅

Una estancia súper agradable tanto por el dueño como por el apartamento. El contacto con el anfitrión ha sido inmejorable y el apartamento era tranquilo, estaba en perfectas condiciones y con todas las herramientas necesarias para tener una estancia de 10. Un apartamento muy limpio y acogedor.

The apartment was just perfect! I had everything I needed, it was very clean and cozy. Carolina responded very quickly and was always ready to help — communication with her was excellent. I could hear the neighbours upstairs walking on the stairs a bit — the sound insulation in the building is quite poor. But I think that’s a common issue with similar old buildings. Also, it was unusual that both windows in the apartment faced a wall, but that’s also quite typical for Lisbon. In general my staying was very good, I’ll return to that apartment next time.

We really loved to stay here for some days. The area is quiet and pitoresque with its wee streets and colorful houses! There are some nice Restaurants and Cafes around and the city center is within walking distance.

Rene’s apartment was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe in the area, there were plenty of restaurants around and easy links to both the airport and city (metro and buses). Rene was in touch throughout the trip making sure everything ran smoothly and the apartment was great, very spacious with enough room for all of us. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

A very decent apartment in a quite but central part of Lisbon. Close to good restaurants and bus/tram stations. Host with excellent instructions and very good communication and assitance.

We loved the place! Clean and homely with great views to the river. The location is perfect walking distance from many places you probably will want to visit. Teresa was supper responsive and her recommendations were great. We especially loved having an evening drink in a small kiosk in a small park about six minutes walk from the apartment. A decent supermarket is seven min walk away and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook small meals. There are many places you can get a good morning coffee in a 10 minute walking radius of the apartment. The only thing important to note is that the stairs in the building are steep and could be a bit much for some people (this is true to all the buildings we previously staid in Lisbon), but the benefits are the view to the river and once you open the windows you get a great breeze. All in all, perfect place for a couple and we will certainly check availability next we travel to Lisbon.

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

Very clean and you can find whatever you need at home. Perfect location! No need extra information. Everything well explained before you check in.

I will list out Pros and Cons for this listing: 1) Pros: -- Convenient location and you can get Uber right by walking approx 300 steps. -- Grocery store is nearby which is a great plus with kids. -- Kitchen is well-stocked and has all pots/pans necessary for cooking a meal. -- Washer and dryer were a huge help in the rainy weather that we encountered 2) Cons: -- Its an old building so kids cannot make much noise and play around. So this is ideal for a couple but a bit restrictive if someone has kids. -- The entry of the apartment is a lot complex then it should be. Owner was extremely responsive & helpful however I recommend to check-in not too late and make sure to co-ordinate with the owner for smooth check-in. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again if ever got a chance. Thank you

Absolutely stunning apartment. Great bars , especially the Brazilian Cafe that is 100 yards from the apartment next to the tram stop at the top of the hill.

Wunderschön eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit dem besten Blick auf Lissabon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die 28 E hält fast vor der Haustür. Unkomplizierter Check-in nach Absprache außerhalb der Zeit mit Abholung vom Flughafen. Kleine Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Gastgeberin und Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location! A beautiful, spacious apartment. We loved our stay there Inês always responded to our messages leading up to and through our stay. She provided thoughtful information whenever we asked and is a wonderful host. The apartment is well located, extremely spacious with great light. It’s situated perfectly for walking the amazing streets of Lisbon. We’re so glad we had a chance to stay there It truly felt like a home away from home.
