This place has a beautiful view and a beautiful balcony/ garden area. It was extremely peaceful and good for someone looking for a quiet trip to Como. Elisabetta and Sara were very responsive and kept good communication. We would stay again for a peaceful get away. Everything was clean and updated just as described. It was good value for the price paid. I will say it is hard to transfer to and from anywhere else unless you drive your own car. If you stay here I would HIGHLY recommend renting a car. There is one market in walking distance but was never open during its online hours- plan groceries and water accordingly. There is an OUTSTANDING restaurant within a 5 minute walk that we frequented it during the stay. Overall a good stay and we would come back again!

The location in Torno was perfect. A one minute walk from the ferry station. The town of Torno is absolutely stunning. The views from every window in the apartment are breathtaking. The apartment does have four flights of stairs, and they are very loud and creaky. If you have any mobility issues at all that I would not suggest staying here. This was not an issue for us, but I could imagine it might be for someone else.

The apartment in Blevio is excellent with beautiful views of Lake Como. The access is full of charming cobbled streets. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with excellent cooking facilities. Aude was a great communicator and we enjoyed our stay exploring Como.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como. The location is perfect: quiet yet in close proximity to numerous restaurants, bars as well as the ferry coasters and the fantastic botanical garden of Villa Carlotta – all within walking distance. The apartment itself is superbly equipped, tastefully furnished and immediately conveys a sense of well-being. We particularly enjoyed the small, separate garden, which offers privacy and gives a magnificent view of the lake – ideal for relaxing. A note for those arriving by car: the garage belonging to the apartment is a big plus, but the path leads to an extremely narrow and steep alley. Here, driving skills are in demand, not for faint of nerves. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy!

Thank you again for your hospitality Mary! The apartment was simply beautiful, clean, with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful towards the lake and we had a wonderful view of the mountain too. Mary is a very nice lady and helped us with everything we asked for! We will definitely go back next summer! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Simona's place. Everything was spotless, Simona was there when we arrived and ran us through the house. There's a few stairs, and kitchen and laundry were on the lower storey (of 4) but that worked well as we spent most of our time on the lawn and swimming in the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and there was some road noise but nothing too bad at night. The front door opens directly on to the road - but that was no problem. We walked up to Lenno each day, had a great morning at Villa Balbianello and shopped at the Dino Mart for great pasta, cheese, veg and meats. My advice is to do less travel on the very packed and slow ferries/busses - and spend more time lounging on the lawn and swimming in the lake... there's swans, ducks, turtles, fish, herons in the water and with Isola Comancina in front the water is very calm - and perfectly glassy in the mornings and evenings. We had a ball. Thanks Simona!

This place was like heaven on earth. Waking up to that priceless view was something else. The property was 12/10. Giulio was the best host anyone can ask for. Very helpful and responsive! All in all, I’d go back there any chance I’d get, and whoever is reading these reviews to get a perspective on how it all went, you will not be disappointed, your only regret will be not booking it for longer!
