Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carters Lake

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

The Cane Patch was a very short walk to downtown Dahlonega and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were kind and flexible and the location was filled with thoughtful amenities. Would highly recommend!

Thank you David and Kathy for a wonderful and cozy stay. We loved the location of the cabin - a short drive to the heart of Dahlonega. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were greeted with a lovely note on the fridge, an easy check-in process, water, and snacks. There were even guidebooks to explore the waterfalls and cities of Georgia on the coffee table, which we enjoyed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the laundry room was as well. The wifi worked great. The cabin offered easy parking and automatic outdoor lights for nighttime. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with some shower gels and such. Everything was clean and easy to find. Would stay again!

If I had to rate my stay with Greg and Karen it would be more then a 10/10. They are so kinda and considerat. My wife and I started driving up the night before so we can be in the area for early check-in and we got stopped by the snow storm. Greg and Karen reached out to warn us about the snow blocked roads. Check in day they reached out to us and kept checking in to make sure we were okay on the road. Upon check-in we were greeted by another lovely host Coco there amazing Chocolate Labrador, she is so sweet and loving. We will definitely be going back again, and we recommend this stay to everyone

We were extremely happy with Heather's place for our stay in Cartersville. My son and I were there for a baseball event. We made the easy 12-min drive to Lakepoint each day, and then came back to our oasis in Cartersville. The apartment was super comfortable and quiet, with a great kitchen, washer and dryer. We made breakfast there every day, but we had access to all the great restaurants in Cartersville for lunch and dinner. I also took walks from the house through the neighborhoods each morning. It was perfect!

We had a great weekend getaway! It was very quiet, yet not far from downtown (8 miles of I remember). There were two places to eat within 1/2 a mile. There was also a waterfall within g 4 miles from the cabin. Scott was very friendly!

This was a wonderful place to rest and relax. It was very peaceful and quiet. This was a full one bedroom with kitchen and living area. It was very spacious and clean and well supplied. The owner was extremely attentive made everything go very smoothly positive interactions all around. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anyone in the area looking for a place to stay.

Nicks Game house was a huge success for our party. I had 7 13 year old Boys with us and the had the best ever sleepover! The house is very well appointed and clean. The bedrooms are large and the closet space is huge. The house is a 10 min ride to downtown Blue Ridge. It is located on a state road, which was perfectly fine but it was a little bit of a struggle to find the correct mailbox and entrance at first. Google earth the location so that you know what you are looking for. A funky mailbox at the street might help. Overall, A+++

This home is just lovely. Very clean and beautifully appointed. Roomy with an open concept layout. All kinds of kitchen appliances, dishware, silverware, etc. that I had everything I needed. Parking available on street in front of house and a private driveway in the back. Close to downtown Cartersville with restaurants and boutiques. I enjoyed my stay very much and would use this space again.

This has to be one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and the host thought of all the details. The light switches are labeled and sound machines, phone chargers, toothbrushes, disinfectant wipes and all necessary items for a little one(including Babyganics bath wash!) are provided, too! Staying here made mom’s first time traveling with her infant a breeze. It was equally reassuring how clean and inviting the place was. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood with a view of John’s Mountain to the west. The electric fireplace was a nice touch over the Christmas holidays. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and other supplies for our lengthy stay. We liked Dubs Barbecue, Christian & Jake’s and Doro’s Italian restaurants. Heidi answered all of our questions quickly.

Great place to stay. It was perfect for our weekend. Close to where we needed with a short drive. House was nice, clean and met our needs perfectly. Friendly hosts and responsive to any issues. We will be back during future visits.

Nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenient to everything. The large kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for up to eight people and enough dishes and silverware for everyone. We had no problem parking five vehicles in the long driveway. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We’ve already booked it for next year. Althea communicated very well. Check in was easy with the passcode. Highly recommended.

Very responsive host, amazing spacious house with gorgeous views! Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Outside patio had plenty of chairs and gas heater was a game changer!

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful, very clean, and cozy. Debora has everything you would need for an extended stay. We were there to visit the grandkids that lived in the area so not there much but we agreed we would definitely stay again next time we come to visit.

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10
