The house was a perfect stay for a quick weekend with a couple friends and family members! The location of the house was perfect for when we did our beach day at Pier Village and then went out at night in Asbury. Jonathan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had a great time!

Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Patty's place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The house was the perfect setting for our get together. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Patty was so thoughtful, she even came by to salt the walkways for us when it snowed. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful well kept property!! So glad we found this unit and will definitely keep it for future trips. Plenty of room for 4 people to sleep and kitchen was well stocked too. Thank you and we will see you again:)

The view from the house of the sunrise over the mountains and reflecting on the lake was spectacular. Lastly, it being dog friendly made it all the sweeter. Tranquility and comfortability at its best with this air bnb.

Jean was a wonderful host! Answered back very quickly and he was just awesome. It snowed the day we arrived and sent someone to shovel and salt AND also unload our car since my husband just had knee replacement. Incredible! His home is so warm and welcoming. Everything you need is there. Beds were so comfortable. Fully fenced in backyard for the dogs which was great. Big movie screen in the living room which Jean also provided snacks for and a Christmas treat was left for us. Large driveway so we could fit multiple cars. Just on a busy road. Jean’s a very thoughtful host and would recommend his Airbnb to anyone.

We had such a lovely stay at Tracy’s place! Cozy, but with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to maneuver around. Beds and couches were very comfy…and the upstairs shower especially was heavenly. Tracy’s instructions were clear and she was prompt and warm in her communications. We’d be delighted to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Had a great stay with my family! The place is clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the front desk are so nice and helpful. The train being so close to us made our trips to NYC so easy. I recommend this place.

We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Spacious home. Very clean and well appropriated accommodations. This multi level home is great for large groups. The only drawback is the four flights of stairs to the 2 topmost bedrooms but you can rest along the way and visit with friends or family. This home was perfect for our large family.

My wife and I stayed here visiting family during the holidays. Such amazing charm in the home. Super comfortable a lot of space. There were multiple desks which was perfect for us while we worked remotely. We would definitely stay again!

Amy was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The place was very clean and she even included a variety of coffee for the Keurig and creamer in the fridge. The smart TV included access to Netflix which was a pleasant surprise. Since it is a guesthouse on her property it was private and there was no worries about noisy neighbors. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the sofa was comfortable.The only thing I would have liked is a recliner or comfy chair near the TV. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

We have been at Rose’s house for a couple of weeks during Christmas holidays. The house is confortable and cozy, perfect to stay only 30 min. away from NYC but in a quiet environment. All was super clean and well equipped and Rose has provided anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Bertran’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Bertran went above and beyond by providing snacks, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Meeting Bertran in person was a pleasure; he’s friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right next to the apartment, making it super convenient to get around. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again. I loved this house! It was across the street from a market and Starbucks which made things very convenient with older children. The house was warm and cozy and gave a real feel of a New York brownstone. It was also walkable to the G train which connects to all other trains on the subway to go to all of the main attractions. If I had to be picky, there aren't window coverings in the master bedroom which woke me up earlier than normal, but an eye mask relieved that quickly. I loved watching the little squirrels play in the back yard and I would stay here again. This house made our winter vacation so memorable having my family all together and giving us space to all get ready for our days out.

This wasn't my first r&r @ Christina's. The space is always spotless and Christina is proactive and easy to communicate with. Such a lovely touch to arrive with the lights on and fire lit. Felt like a warm hug! I look forward to returning here again.

Great location, walkable to most everything we needed - restaurants, coffee, boardwalk, etc. Robin was very responsive and had good communication around our trip. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip with decent amenities and a clean space for our weekend!
