Beautiful home everything was up to expectations. Great hospitality . Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. 100% recommend staying here.

My family recently stayed at Elaine’s place ! Over all it was very nice and cozy ! All essential things were provided and the house was very spacious! The pool table was a bit broken but still useable ! Even though the weather was a bit cooler we got to enjoy the pool one day from our stay and the grill was a nice touch to use as well ! We look forward to booking this place again in the future ! Thanks again Elaine for the stay !

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean,well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The space was perfect for kids, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had a great experience. We had an awesome stay in Little Elm! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made things really convenient. Nick and the team were incredibly thoughtful. They left us snacks, wine, and a great selection of games and activities to enjoy during our downtime. The pool and outdoor area were very clean, and everything worked perfectly. Inside, the home was just as spotless, and it felt really comfortable and inviting. The instructions we received before check-in were clear and helped answer any questions we had throughout the stay. We truly had a great time and would definitely come back again!

We were traveling with 16 people in all, 8 adults and 8 kids. Having the two houses was wonderful and the set up at the Roundtop House was so wonderful for swimming, eating and quality time. Michael did a great job of communicating and was really helpful.

Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

We stayed for 3 nights, we were 16 people and we had a great time, comfortable place, lots of inside/outside amenities. Lots of parking. Host was extremely accommodating, that we appreciated and comunicantes promptly. Having the horses close to the home is so much fun and makes the place feel like you are in very far away from the city when you are “in the city”. We had a great time.. we already tried to book it again but the days we needed are already booked!!!! It is easy to understand as the place is beautiful.

My family and I loved everything about this property. The house was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, I didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend this property and the hosts. Sandy and Jeff were awesome and made an unforgettable experience even better 😊

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!

RSB Living hosting our family was an amazing experience for our family. They have just an amazing beautiful home and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely have RSB Living home the first on our list when we are in the area again.

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.
