Gavin was very responsive, accomodating and proactive when communicating with us. The place is beautiful and at a great location, with bars, restaurants and shops at a stone’s throw. I wish I could live there!

Iris and Willow B&B was outstanding! The house was as described and beautifully presented. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival. Instructions were clear on how to enter the property. Brad and Karen were very responsive and helpful for any question that we had. It is such a great location when you have a car! We travelled in all directions and had some great experiences during our time at the B&B. Lucia’s house was perfect for our stay. Very thoughtfully set out. It had everything we needed and more. Lucia was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend this property. Our stay was very comfortable and it felt like home.

This place was perfect for our visit to Adelaide from Perth. It is central to so much - the beach, airport, shops and city. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was very clean and spacious. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future.

Easy walk to the beach. Peaceful place. Very spacious and colourful home. Fast response from host. All appliances in the home worked. On the whole a very pleasant stay.

Nice and comfortable stay at The Lobster. Kitchen has everything you need and there are lots of games , books to keep yourself entertained. The sandpit and cubby house was amazing add on for the kids with a big backyard to run around and relax. Over all the house is really comfy and gives a comfortable vibe. Bronnie and Craig are friendly hosts. Would recommend to enjoy your stay at the lobster.

Quiet and great location. Private pool was a hit with the kids and games room. Close to shopping centre and restaraunts. House clean and very welcoming.

This place is beautiful, so spacious and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Great amenities which unfortunately we didnt have time to use but we did tinkle on the piano. My daughter is in a wheelchair so anyone looking for accessible accommodation I would recommend - hallways and doorways are accessible and the shower opening in the main bathroom was wide enough to fit the toilet/shower chair (63cm). There is 2 small steps into the house but a small ramp would suffice if your wheelchair can't go up steps.

Sellicks Beach and surrounds is a brilliant location and with one of Australia’s best and most beautiful 24/7 off leash dog beach areas, it was fantastic to find a house like this where we could also bring our dogs. Felt very at home as soon as we walked in and fantastic to find a host that provided ample breakfast provisions and even had the fridge stocked with milk and fruit. Huge secure back yard and deck - it was even hot enough to have a dip in the pool! Perfect place to see a year out and in! Highly re pm end Silver Sands Beach Club and Pearl restaurants too.

This is our third stay over summer at KBH. We absolutely loved our time here once again. The closeness of the beach, the pool and the quietness of the surroundings made our stay so enjoyable. KBH has everything we need for the perfect summer getaway. Thanks again Nick and Nicola! We will be back!

David was a great host, he even waited for us at the house to walk us through how everything worked. From the pool to the tennis court lights, to the air-con and kitchen. The location of this house could not be better. 10min walk to the beach, 2min to the grocery store, 1min to the Pub. Ample supply of restaurants at the main street (Brighton Rd), and a bunch more by the beach (Jetty Rd). All in all, a great family experience, made much easier by Dave's attention to details and quick response to any of our questions. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Nat’s place. A very peaceful location. We loved sitting out the front listening to the birds. The accomodation was comfortable with everything we needed. Thank you and we’d recommend to others.

Loved the deck, the trees and the variety of birdsong and squawks. Very comfortable beds and functional kitchen. Lovely open living spaces. Well equipped house. Ten of us (3 generations) shared the house with enough spaces to be doing different things. We all loved sitting on the deck! Good location for walks to the river and playground and only a short drive to the beach. Lauren and Nick were very responsive hosts who gave clear timely information.

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was very cosy, The kitchen was fully equipped, with the addition of spices and cooking condiments if needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels supplied as well as bathroom necessities which is great for a traveller that likes to carry little. The back yard was very quaint and peaceful, great for my morning coffee and read. The house was is in a great spot, walking distance to beach , shops, and many great coffee shops and restaurants. Overall very satisfied and will definitely return .

Trevor was a very responsive host and easy to deal with. The house was cool on the hot days we had and was well located to access the people we wanted to catch up with in the southern suburbs. Better priced than many other options in the Christmas period

This was our second stay and even better than the first. Relaxed and settled in straight away with nothing to do but enjoy the beach and surrounds as everything has been thought of. Kylie and Jarrod are the best hosts, responding very quickly to any questions.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Great accommodation and all the useful amenities for those travelling with children/family. The twin bed/kids room included puzzles, books & wooden toys which were fabulous for unwinding after a day of sight seeing. We enjoyed spending time in the front sun room too - lots of spaces within the home. And a quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to Glenelg foreshore, adventure park, Henley beach etc. and easy to navigate from for other day trips (wineries, CBD & neighbouring tourist towns). Fab home.. Fab hosts! Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Mat was very commutative from the moment we booked in February 2024. Exceptionally clean, plenty of quality linen, towels and bathroom products. Also a very generous welcome pack. I would have no problem recommending this venue to any one
