Waterfront vacation rentals in Carpathian Mountains

Everything was perfect!

Very nice stay. We moved from a different Airbnb in Belgrade due to bad hygiene. The hosts were very quick in responding and accommodating also. We appreciated that a small issue with the window was resolved on the same day despite being Sunday. The apartment is clean, well equipped, modern and well acoustically isolated, beds comfy, well positioned (you need 15min walk to the heart of the old city). We didn't like that much the smell of cigarettes in the apartment, but that was the person before us, he/she didn't respect the rule that the smoking was not allowed. We kept the window opened that day and it was fine. Overall, recommended stay, I would come back.

Second time staying here. We love it, it is close to my work place and in the evenings we can go walking on the side of the river to have dinner. The apartment though small it has everything you could possibly need and everything is very clean and nicely arranged, the even made the tree this time of the year

I have stayed in many BW Airbnb apartments on the waterfront. This apartment is by far one of the top apartments. Everything was clean and well decorated. It felt like a home but also a 5 star hotel. Everything one could need to start their stay was provided and it made it very convenient. There were chocolates, oranges, water, coffee, tea, soaps for the appliances, bathroom necessities, etc…. This host went as far as having wipes, diapers, feminine product, etc…… they really thought of everything and made sure to accommodate a wide variety of guests. I always appreciate white sheets and towels, as well. You can tell if they are clean!! There’s plenty of extra blankets. The location is great and walkable to many places. The host was outstanding and communicated better than any host I’ve experienced. I didn’t want to leave ! I’ll be back!!! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Bright and spacious apartment on the waterfront, ideal for a family - numerous playgrounds, long waterfront walkway, swimming pool and a resident playground in the building. A couple of restaurants within 5 min walk open for breakfast at 8 am. Huge shopping mall with tens of restaurants 7 min walk from the building. Central city parts of Belgrade are 15 to 30 min light walk depending on where you go. Marko was very helpful and easy to reach throughout, meeting us upon arrival himself, even though it was past midnight. Overall a 5 star experience.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

We had a great time, the hosts provided us with everything. The place is very nicely organized , with a lot of good taste and appreciation of the past although it is a recently built house with impeccable finishes. We simply had the feeling that a good friend left us with confidence the keys to the house. Pierre Rene is a very pleasant man, ready to help anytime. In the mornings we were happy to take walks nearby . We noticed deer and pheasants, and in the evenings we could observe the starry sky from the lawn of the house. We would be happy to come back anytime.

The accomodation and the location was very nice, peaceful and I remembered a lot of memories since I was a kid and going to my grandparents house. On top of that the host were very nice people. We will come back for sure and I recomend the place!

I am very impressed concerning the renovation of such an old building. A cool combination of a traditional 1940s house with modern standards. The only thing that is different in the photos (but in a positive sense) is the kitchen as it is now all new and superbly equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming - many thanks for having something to eat in the fridge! After a day's driving this is really very nice. Very good place for outdoor gatherings because of the well-equipped gazebo and the bathroom available outside. The host speaks perfect English :) Wi - fi: works flawlessly, Cleanliness: very well cleaned accommodation, Neighbourhood : quiet and peaceful.

Unique space with the quietness and relax you will need on vacations. Pool and jacuzzi are good and the lake is a plus! Filips is very friendly and responsive. We recomend his place, without any doubt

This apartment was even better than the photos! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The patio was a highlight – the views were absolutely breathtaking. I also loved having access to the gym and pool, which were just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a smooth check-in. I can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!

A quiet location, suitable for families with children, generous as space and utilities, 1 minute from Yesterday Hotel. We got along with the host, we even received leisure recommendations. Parking places we found for free near the location. We recommend staying in this apartment!
