The property of Jânio is perfect, comfortable, beautiful and very well equipped. We were welcomed very well. Jânio is an extremely thoughtful host. As soon as possible, we'll be back for sure.

Very well located house, it was very clean and everything organized. I had no problems with check in or check out and communication with the owner, who was always available, was smooth.

Our stay was great! I went with family, total 8 people, to spend the turn of the year in Carolina. The house is very spacious, has a large garage, barbecue, well-equipped kitchen, it even had air fryer which was very useful to us. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 suite. Each bedroom has a double and one single bed. But the hostess left a few extra mattresses because there was the possibility of going more people who had not confirmed it. In the external area there is room for network. Anyway the house was a great find a cozy place, great communication with the hostess, she was always willing to help. The house is located right near the entrance of the city oq facilitated our travel to the table plateau. Would definitely come back again

The house is very beautiful, right in the center of Carolina, with many things nearby (groceries, restaurants, squares..). There's plenty of space, great for a large group. My children loved the pool and the backyard (which still has a balance in the cashew tree). Seu Ray received us very well, was very careful with everything. We love the stay and intend to get back there next trip to Carolina.

We loved hosting Gaby, a great host, has shown us a lot of things to do, as well as leaving us in touch with several guides in the area. About the house is very cozy, with air conditioning we rooms which is great for the heat of Maranhão. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The house is well located, charming, comfortable, spacious, clean and welcomed us (family with baby, elderly and 4 dogs) comfortably and safely during an interstate change trip. Jovana was extremely attentive and careful with our changing date needs, as well as Mrs. Maria, who warmly welcomed us on our arrival. We felt at home and we intend to come back, this time to enjoy the natural beauties of Carolina.

The space was as shown in the photos. Many rooms, bathrooms, spacious kitchen. Would recommend.

Me and my two friends are digital nomads. We all had to work online the whole time we were here (12 days). The Internet was superb! 180 download and upload speeds! I couldn't believe how amazing the speeds were being we were in such a small town. The house was very clean and Ana was such a communicative and sweet person to talk with. The AC units functioned really clean. The downsides: The listing said it was a 3 bedroom place and showed photos for all 3 bedrooms. When we arrived one of the bedrooms were locked and we did not have access. So one of us had to share a bedroom. Second, there were two bathrooms listed on the listing but when we arrived we were told we couldn't use the other bathroom because they had just installed some of the items in it. So, we ended up just sharing one bathroom the whole 12 days. Overall it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed it a lot. Just make sure they are done with renovations and you can use everything before you book.

Great house, large kitchen, large balcony with large table perfect for get-togethers. Great spaces for cars,space for children to play,very close to the city center,we will be back again.
