Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

had a great stay. but there were small cockroaches especially in the kitchen and sofa. hope there were additional pans and pan covers for cooking to.

We truly had an amazing experience! Nadine was very patient, generous, and accommodating. The furnitures, interiors, and design were not like other Airbnbs, you can say that it’s carefully thought for and picked—it exceeded our expectations. The room is well-maintained and clean as well. I had an Awesome Stay! Split Aircon and a fan inside the unit made it very cool inside, the summer heat was nothing. Over all Five star. It can’t get any better

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

10/10 would stay here again. Location isn't too far from the main road and campus. Area was quiet but felt safe enough to walk at night. Everything was just right, the place has got everything you need (&more). Plus, the place looks very pretty! The setup of the unit feels very homey too. The hosts were friendly and very kind for letting us check out late due to a delayed lunch 🤍 Truly a lovely stay! Wish we had stayed for longer, next time maybe!

The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

It was such a great experience and place to have a staycation on, firstly the room was really neat, very comfortable too!! me and family had such a fun bonding time. The pool was just an extra but overall it was amazing spending time at this place!! very worth the plus, recommended!

place was clean and my fam had a good night sleep. very close to Grand venice mall, walking distance for 5-10 mins. Host was also responsive with all ky questions and inquiries… water flow was also strong and malamig aircon

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

We loved our stay in Nicole's place. Its been a memorable and peaceful stay for our family. Host is very responsive and friendly. Unit matched with the description and photos, internet is fast and place is great. We will definitely book again.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂

Seamless check-in process! I booked this place for a nearby fun run event, and we loved how conveniently walkable it is to the seaside, restaurants, and a convenience store. The space is clean, stylish, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.
