Charlotte was by far the best host I’ve ever booked with! We had a small issue with getting inside and it was also very late but she was so helpful. Throughout our stay she was very communicative and ensured we were taken care of. The place itself is also amazing; clean, looked just like pictures, cozy and absolutely worth the money! It’s a quiet neighborhood in a perfect location to all Buffalo has to offer. I would absolutely recommend Charlotte’s place to anyone traveling to Buffalo and will 100% be booking again if I’m ever in the area.

We went to visit our son who lives in Irondequoit. This is a great location and I hope to come back during warmer weather and use more of the amenities. We have a blind dachshund and the house was very navigable for her.

This cottage was the right fit for my family, nice resting place for us to sleep and enjoy our fishing trip. Although the bathroom was on the smaller side, we found everything very nice and clean, and the owner responded immediately to a small issue and fixed the problem right away. All together, very satisfied!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was very big and comfortably fit all of our bridal party for our wedding. There were also lots of bathrooms which was extremely helpful when we were all getting ready. Toni was incredibly kind and very responsive in case we needed anything. We will treasure our memories form this weekend forever!

Susan’s house was very nice and clean!! It was close to where we went fishing! Her house was furnished with everything we needed. We felt comfortable and right at home here!! Susan was also very and helpful and informative!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for everything!

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful home. The kids had a blast. Pool table, games in the basement.. Hands down one of BEST airbnb I been in.

We were extremely happy with this booking - the view of Lake Ontario was truly breathtaking; the accommodations were comfortable and very clean; we had everything we needed. Cheryl got us in on short notice and her house was exactly what we needed while we waited for our house to close. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities (Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.) for 3 adults. The street is quiet and close to everything (Wegmans, Walgreens, Target, etc.) One of our favorite things about this location was that it was within walking distance to Sunscape Farms.
