We had a wonderful stay with Katharina and were definitely able to catch up with the expected relaxation! She is a very nice and friendly hostess who is also very accommodating! The location as well as the apartment were beautiful and in the middle of the breathtaking nature of Carinthia. We will definitely be back! Can only recommend it and will definitely come again! 🤗

Very nice family owned hotel with apartments to rent in the middle of the mountains. We used the place to get out of the rain for a few days and were very happy with our choice. The fact that you get to use the wellness area for free and are greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade delicious mustard and a bottle of sparking water on the house is the cherry on top. The host is very kind and friendly. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it.

Our stay was very nice! The place was as described in the advertisement. Even though we didn't see each other in person, the communication was really great. The location of the place was really great. It was quiet and Lake Klopein was 5 minutes away. If we are in the area again we would definitely book the accommodation.

A great place to stay that makes you feel very comfortable right away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Self-catering is easy here because everything necessary is available. Great, we would come back any time

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed to cook, the views are beautiful, and having a ceiling fan was a huge bonus with the late summer heat. Would definitely stay here next time we're in Austria!

Beautiful location, quiet area, with all the comforts. Host is friendly and helpful. At 6 o 'clock in the morning there is the church bell of the church that is next to the cottage.

We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

Maria's house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really something very special! Maria, her partner and dog Zoe are very warm & helpful hosts, we immediately felt comfortable. The children were allowed to romp in the huge garden, and they particularly liked the large pool and the garden house with games. The house offers everything you need. Shopping, restaurants and bakers are minutes away by car. In less than 30 minutes you can reach many great excursion destinations in the beautiful border triangle. There were five of us here for a week and we'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a great view, is big enough for 4 people and has all the things you need for a longer stay and the communication w the owner was great! The location is central for skiing, hiking, shopping and sightseeing the cities close by or even a one hour drive to Ljubljana is worth a day trip! We definitely are planning on coming back!☺️

We were looking for a place to stop during our trip and I am very happy to have found this family home. There are three of us, but also four of us would have been very comfortable to relax and sleep in relaxation; in fact, the sofa was very large and super comfortable even for two people. It's even nicer than the photos and everything worked perfectly. As soon as I entered the house I breathed the air of well-being and relaxation. All rooms are designed and furnished with good taste and attention to detail, building materials, and high-quality fabrics. There was crazy positive energy! Too bad it was just one night. But we'll definitely be back for more days to make the most of the surroundings. Ideal place for long walks in contact with nature and to unplug from everything and leave more loads. The best airbnb I've stayed so far! Top! Katrin and Daniel were excellent hosts. Communication was quick, clear and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

We were greeted very kindly and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is very large and cozy. We found 2 bedrooms with balcony to the lake, a very well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, a cozy living room and a terrace. Especially nice as a family with children, there were some toys (Lego Duplo and puzzle). The absolute highlight is the private beach access with trapolin, slides, swings, pedal boat and sup's for free use. The lake is pleasantly warm in the summer and offers drinking water quality. Our hosts Anton and Margot were always friendly and showed us everything in detail. Gladly again and for a longer period!

A beautiful, super clean and tidy accommodation in an idyllic setting. Mirjana and her husband gave us many recommendations for excursions and they are very friendly. Good kitchen utensils and everything prepared with much affection.

Accommodation is very nice, clean and in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Bed is very comfortable. Lot of toys for small kids :) In the same house is bakery and Intersport. But we never heard any noise. Restaurants are very close and grocery stores are in walking distance. Communication with Markus was always quick, nice and helpful. Only small drawback could be little bit noisy road in the morning. During the night it was quite and you hear relaxing sound of stream.
