We had a lovely stay with friends at Olivier's house. The house as well as its setting are very pleasant and as described. The surf-themed decor is very nice. The exchanges with Olivier went very well. We recommend!

Very nice house, very well arranged. Quiet and peaceful environment, very relaxing. It is very well-equipped. It has everything you need and more. We recommend it. And François is very responsive.

Perfect house, and the backyard is a little oasis: very calm and beautiful with palm trees a pool bigger than it looks in the pictures, many birds come visiting. The kitchen is nice with everything we needed, the refrigerator was super big thus perfect. The barbecue outside is also nice. The area is calm and during the night you may even hear the ocean. Montalivet offers everything you need, gets a little busy around midday with the market. The beach is big and very close, good surf schools are nearby. We‘ll come back!

The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

We had a great time at this house with our dog. We were hosted by the concierge very well. Everything was clean and in a very good condition. In addition, the decoration is done with great taste. It feels really good. With a big plus about having the beach 100m from the house (you even see the sand from the living room)! The small terrace is also nice for sunny days.

Arnaud's house is super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is bright and friendly and the amenities are good. Check-in was extremely straightforward. Arnaud always responded to our inquiries quickly and courteously. We will be happy to come back!

The house cannot be better located, while remaining away from any hustle and bustle. It's a haven of peace, with a large terrace and pool, ideal for enjoying with friends after a surf session. The house is spacious enough for 8 people without stepping on each other. Recommended

A very nice house in the middle of pines in a residence with a very cute pool. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped, the bedding impeccable, and 5 min by bike from the center of Lacanau and the central beach. No need for the car, it's nice. A big thank you to Stéphanie for her kindness, availability and advice when we arrived and in the phone contacts we had beforehand. The house is really very nice, nicely decorated and well arranged, quiet, close to the beach but also to the glaciers of pedestrian streets and especially the superb covered market. We particularly appreciated the possibility of having our meals in three different places depending on the weather, the heat or our desires. We had a great week at Stéphane's in April, the accommodation was very nice and we enjoyed more than one afternoon of relaxation in the sun after cycling the miles of bike paths. The bedding, bathroom, kitchen, board games offered, garden furniture and sun loungers were great! Stéphane always responded to our requests and even provided a Tancarville to dry the laundry in case of rain. Downtown Biscarrosse beach is a 2-minute walk away as well as the beautiful beach behind it! We highly recommend this rental which is well located and has a lot of charm with its woodwork. (Our 2 girls aged 14 and 16 slept in the mezzanine without worries but to be avoided for the little ones however).

thank you very much to Rolande for his welcome. it's very nice to be received in this way. very functional cottage with everything you need. the city center (beach) is within walking distance (about 20 minutes). ideal for a family with children (from 7/8 years old) I recommend (because of the steps to access the rooms). and so much for my charger left there 😉

A haven of peace, quiet and cozy, in the middle of the pine forest of Vieux-Pyla. Very functional and beautifully decorated house, the rooms are well distributed and everything you need for a week of vacation is available. Beaches within walking distance, many walks possible. Great location.
