We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

The flat is perfecty matching the description and it has two Metro station very close, so easy to go back and forth from any location you would like to visit. The apartment has everything needed to enjoy your holiday in Madrid. Block is multi-etnic but super nice, everybody is very kind and gentle! Fully recommended!

It's been a WONDERFUL weekend. Andrés is the best host you can have Excellent communication with him, always attentive and aware that everything is fine. Always thinking about your well-being and that of your dogs, which you greatly appreciate. It offers both constant attention and all privacy. The house is wonderful, garden, pool, porch, hammocks, dog pool, fully equipped, perfectly clean and super comfortable. WE WILL CERTAINLY REPEAT! I recommend it 100%. Many thanks to Andrés for his kindness, good vibes and generosity.
