We can say that after a whole month, everything went phenomenal, to emphasize that the important things in a house were and were very good, like the mattresses, the insulating windows, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the tranquility of the area. The apartment is old although renovated in the things that matter, the area is wonderful, the proximity to the beaches walking, the options you have to make routes, excursions and so on. The village is small and quiet, few bars and shops, but it's just what we were looking for. Undoubtedly to be repeated

Great apartment to see the Corcubion ria.1 beach line, very comfortable terrace. Latex beds. Close to great places to eat on foot. Super friendly owner. Totally recommended.

Ribeira is lovely. Lots of shops nearby, hypermarket and supermarkets, artisanal bakeries...Nice view of the ocean. I'm sorry there's only one small window in the living room and the bedroom that opens. A terrace is missing. As the apartment is not through, there is no draught, it is very hot during the day. What interested me most was Vilar beach which is beautiful. The water is clear and clean. As I swim for several hours, I was challenged by the masters after an hour of swimming. I reassured them and they left me alone. The water was at 13 degrees.

We went three families in total 10 people; the house is very spacious, the attention of the phenomenal owner always attentive and any queries were answered quickly. The phenomenal area to see landscapes, areas of interest, nearby restaurants. Leaving the courtyard and finding Sardiñeiro beach with fine sand, crystal clear waters,cold and with just a few people is what we liked most.

My husband and I just didn't one night at Fidel's property but were very pleasantly surprised by Fidel's attention to detail and responsiveness. The apartments is very well stocked, modern and clean and within a 1-minute walk to the beach. Our trip to the area was mainly to visit Santiago de Compostela before heading back to Portugal. The apartment is about 25-30 minutes from Santiago de Compostela, so we were glad to have a car rental. If you decide to visit and want to do more than enjoy the quiet area and amenities (beach activities, pool, ping pong, kayaks, bicycles), then you may need a car to expand your adventure. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant short stay. Thank you Fidel!

The house is new and with many amenities that make the place very nice. The location is good to know other places. If you like the beach of Aguieria is perfect and you reach it through an access that the estate has. The pool is very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the accommodation. The only thing that bothered us, was when during a day that was a holiday, one of the accommodations welcomed about 12 guests and did not allow us to enjoy that day of the pool and the common facilities. Thanks to Montse and Rocio for all your attention.

Amazing place to stay - such a beautiful location and the flat is perfect. It’s really comfortable and has everything you need. We didn’t use the car park as we have a large van but there was plenty of parking on the street. We loved our time on Illa de Arousa thanks to Wim & Maria!
