Charming Breton house ideally located in the center of Perros-Guirec. Brigitte's house is very well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable. The garden is enclosed, which is perfect when traveling with dogs. You have easy access to shops as well as beaches on foot. The square is very quiet and we had no difficulty parking especially since a private parking space is available (ideal for market days). We strongly recommend 😃

Sylvie and her husband were adorable, helpful, very understanding. they are very human people with extreme kindness. you can book your vacation in their little house with your eyes closed. it's a small house with a crazy charm. everything is thought with great taste. There were three of us with 4 dogs - yes with 4 dogs there. The fenced large property was a true paradise for two and four-legged friends, whether having breakfast outside in the morning, reading in the hammock or spending time with the ball. The beautiful garden had something to offer for everyone. Walking from the house was totally unproblematic and absolutely relaxing, whether to the sea or along the fields fragrant after hay and meadow flowers. The house was very clean and there was nothing missing, we have never had such a top equipped house before!!!! We were completely for us and there was a question, then Laurent responded immediately. The scenery and small towns are a dream, the sea and the beaches a little bit of paradise. In every way, recommended for people who want to get away from it all.

We stayed at this beautiful location for two weeks. A very charming place, thoughtfully setup with all the necessities for a pleasant vacation. While the house is obviously old, it has been prepared well, to accommodate 4 adults with ease. As two of the bedrooms are connected and one is only to be entered through the other, it would maybe also work for a family with kids. We were only two (plus two dogs) and had ample room. The location is wonderful. You are at the bay within just a few minutes and also city center is just a walk away. While there are smaller shops nearby, also large supermarkets are to be found in less than 10min by car. The coast offers lots of trails to talk hour long walks and the scenery is just stunning. We highly recommend staying at Baptiste's house and communication was great. P.S. The staircases are small, but don't be discouraged as we got used to it within a day

Vincent's place is spacious, comfortable, functional, and bright (yes, despite the Breton weather at the end of December). And the pool area is a real plus. In addition, Vincent was flexible enough to let us in earlier than the scheduled time. Very good experience then. We'd like to come back to another Christmas there!

A really beautiful home with everything we needed. The pool and petanque were an added bonus. We loved the area and local food. Beautiful walks around the coast. Although you are not allowed to have dogs on the local beach between July and September, there's a lovely beach a short drive along the coast at Keremma where they can go on the lead.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Secluded and peaceful place, in nature with birdsong, a pond with biting fish, a heated pool for children and 30 minutes to the beach. What else?! Very well furnished and spacious. And the wifi connection is very good. The owners live next door but are extremely discreet, while being very responsive when needed. If we return to the area it will be in this home again.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other days of internship to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. We stayed with 6 adults, 3 infants and 2 dogs, everything went very well. The place was nicely decorated for Christmas, clean and enough space for everyone, we didn't lack anything. Thank you again to our host who was responsive and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect place to stay with grand children and dog. Lots of space inside and out. Beds very comfortable and fantastic shower. Couldn’t be closer to the beach which is very quiet but has a bar with food and drink in high season. All in all our family say it’s one of the best relaxing holidays they have had.

A welcome with open arms,this place so quiet,where one can discover their animals, dains, peacocks, etc.,very enriching ,for young and old. We had a wonderful stay in Brittany at Denzil's place. We really appreciated the little attention when we arrived for us as well as for our dog. The beach is ready, the little garden is very nice and the lovely neighbor with whom we spent time to take out our respective animals Everything you need is there, we particularly loved the velux in the room that allowed us to enjoy the full moon. I can only recommend this great place, we will be happy to come back!

I had a very nice quiet and very functional stay. The accommodation was very clean and nicely arranged and decorated an area of garden which must be a treat in summer . You have the pleasant surprise to wake up in the morning with Charli's singing and these funny ladies lol I'm kidding . The little rooster area and very friendly chickens. I would have stayed longer I rested very well and we would feel safe in a very nice place for me it's +++ Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. It was comfortable and quiet, the beach and customs trail are within minutes walking distance and the area is just fantastic. We fully recommend this house!
