Vacation rentals with a patio in Capri

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

Giovanna’s place is very cute, with a lot of privacy, quiet surroundings, and an amazing view. From the bedroom and the living room all you can see is sky and sea. We were there in the beginning of December, so it was very quiet. We rented a small car to get there and to explore the area. Even though there is public transportation, it is best to have a car or a Vespa to get around. Beautiful place, especially if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. I recommend it!

I recommend the apartment. I felt at home. It was very clean and has bus connections near the center of Naples and you can go to different places. From there, the airport is nearby. Antonio was always responsible, asking if you were comfortable or needed something. So I recommend it.

We had a great stay and Luigi’s place was a great center point for our travels. The train stations were near by walking distance as well as to the City center. Luigi was there to greet us and show us the Pent house and gave us some great information on places to see as well as restaurants. He even assisted us with getting to Pompeii which was better than booking a guide. He was also very responsive to my text and very helpful when needed, great guy and really enjoyed meeting him. We would stay at his place again. Gratzie Luigi!

Super responsive host and fabulous location in the middle of the historic town. Flat is very spacious and has access to lovely terraces.

The is one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. The view is extraordinary! Luisa was super helpful. Yes, there is a walk up to the village as others have mentioned but we were ready for it. We found it easier to walk up the road rather than the stair route. The location is sooooo amazing it is worth it. Bus to Amalfi €1.50 each way but must get a ticket before hand. Ask at the cafe across the street. Property was immaculate and very well appointed. Beds and pillows divine. Would happily recommend and return.

We absolutely loved staying here!! Francesco and his team were extremely helpful, kind, and quickly responded to any questions we happened to have!! He even booked us a private transfer twice to go to and from the airport, which made our travels so seamless and easy! During our initial booking process, we had looked at several properties that Francesco has, however, we were so pleased with the one that we booked!! The Honey Home was absolutely perfect for us. It was very spacious, especially for only bedroom, and the location was great. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Gian Luca for a great stay during our last two days on the Amalfi coast. The home was perfectly clean and very spacious! I loved the large, newly renovated bathroom/shower in the primary bedroom and the comfortable bed. It was easy to walk to Marina di Praia in Praiano from their home, and there are dining options not too far away. There are steps to arrive but if you hire baggage porters, it is very doable and part of the charm.

We really enjoyed our stay at BlueVista in Positano! The apartment was great for two couples and the hot tub was so nice to come back after a long day and relax in. Views were beautiful from the deck. Arianna met us to check in and gave us local recommendations and helpful tips. Thanks for a great stay!

Very accommodating. We were even greeted upon arrival. Very clean. Air conditioning was a major plus. Large back patio. The neighbor was nice. Gave me gourds and melons. He blasted 90s dance music until 7:30pm despite not speaking a word of English. Honestly..I enjoyed it.. it almost seemed as if he thought we’d appreciate it and wanted to encourage us to hang out outside a bit. Very close to a McDonald’s. If you backpacked all over the country like we did, you will appreciate this when you’re too tired to go far for dinner. The only thing that I didn’t care for so much was the state of the neighborhood. Didn’t seem dangerous at all..just in need of repair. The apartment was perfect and felt much nicer. The train station is a straight shot about 1.5miles from the apartment. Took about 35minutes to walk. A cab ride back was 40€. Use Whats App if you don’t speak enough Italian to communicate with them. They were reliable. If I find myself back in Pompeii, I would gladly stay here again.

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Antonio's apartment was great and he was more than welcoming us to Bella Napoli in typical style. I would definitely recommend Antonio's apartment to anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all in Naples.

The appartment is perfectly located, in the middle of the historic city center. Many restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Mario was very good, he always provided support quickly when we needed it.

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We had a fantastic time at Salvatore and Laura’s lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and though we were initially worried the location was too far out it wasn’t at all! It’s a beautiful walk to the centre and very handy being so close to the airport. Thanks so much for having us, we have already discussed staying here again 😊

Location was good. Walking distance from train station. The only real down-side was the loud voices that could be heard until the middle of the night. Did not affect my rest. This is a unit in an apartment building, as you would expect in the middle of a city.

We had an awesome time in Sorrento! The apartment was close enough to all of the in town things but far enough to be peaceful in the mornings for coffee on the patio! The view of Mt Vesuvius was priceless. The host did an amazing job communicating, as well as recommending local things to do, and helping us coordinate a very memorable trip to Capri.
