Good afternoon. Very cozy, spacious and mainly clean space. Beautifully decorated kitchen. We feel very good on site. Towels all clean. High Standard Townhouse Next to the beach!

I felt very comfortable, like at home, the house is very spacious and luxurious. We loved every space. We went with our 3 girls. The beach within walking distance is very quiet and safe, it has an amazing view. Although it is 15 minutes from downtown, there are shops nearby for everything you need. The point to improve is the refrigerator, which doesn't close the doors well. Very friendly hosts

We stayed in this weekend and it was a wonderful experience, we left renovated! Owner Luiz was extremely kind, and his family welcomed us with great affection and sympathy. The site, in the middle of nature has a wonderful, super tranquil vibe. The house, though simple, was very comfortable and cozy. It was all magical – we sure will be back! Flexible checkout

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Manoela's house! The property is simply stunning, with an amazing pool that made our days even more special. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches and everything we need around us. In addition to the house being beautiful and super complete – with all the necessary items, including a washing machine – what really stood out was Manoela's attention and care. She is an exceptional host, always available and willing to help with anything we needed. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained, which made all the difference in our stay. Surely I'll be back soon! I recommend it to everyone looking for an amazing and welcoming experience. Thank you, Manoela!

We were very well served by Vinicius, including com.bombonzinhos. Everything is very organized and clean. A very close beach, 2 blocks. It's been a wonderful three days. I recommend it. obs. So needs more beach chairs and a larger sunset. It only has 2 chairs and 1 small parasol.

The house is cozy and with a large space in the backyard, and well located. Our stay was great because of hosts Rafael and his wife Tati, who did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. We also received our 2 dogs with all love, with the right to pots and mattress. The couple's reception and affection made our days happier. Thank you dear ones, we will come back more often. host cities note mil.

I loved the house , even more beautiful than the listing. All is well clean. Location near the beach of the Forte which is beautiful ( we went by car because it was very hot , from about 4min). The region is ideal for those looking for a secluded place for rest. Few nearby trades, especially at night. The nominee is to shop at the market to cook at home (it has a good kitchen and barbecue). We love it! ❤️

Gabriel's place is very nice! New apartment with large balcony and a wonderful view of the beach and consequently the sunrise. The apartment is in one of the best beach locations in Itapoa. The apartment serves 6 people well, and one of the rooms is a bunk bed and a bit tight (ideal for smaller people or children). The bathrooms are good and the kitchen is complete. Gabriel's parents served us very well on the days we stayed. Looking for a great place to rest and enjoy the beach in Itapoa, with comfort and good service, I strongly recommend Gabriel's place!

We love the house, everything new very clean and a good finish, the house is far from the main beach (center) but a little more than 400 meters from a deserted beach, one can say a private beach, this can be a positive point for those who like privacy (very clean and beautiful beach), the barbecue area is great for bringing the family together… Luana was thoughtful responding in a few minutes and giving all the necessary attention. We need different times at checkin and checkout and we achieved this with few conversations before booking We talked about some improvements in relation to the beds that are relatively small for a large couple and Luana said she would arrange this as soon as possible, the house is still very young, I believe that in the coming days everything will be perfect I hope to return more often We had a mistake in the number of people and we passed it on to Luana, she charged us an extra fee but provided us with what was needed to accommodate everyone.

The great stay, quiet place, safe and clean. Lack of service area with washing machine. The beach is 3 minutes from the house by car, you can't walk transporting chairs, umbrellas and the like. Hot days lacking air conditioners.

Glauco and Nice were extremely friendly, helped us with everything we need and went beyond, allowing for an extended stay. The house is very spacious and has everything that is necessary and useful for a stay with 10 people and 1 baby. I highly recommend this space, which also lies in front of the sea, in a very quiet neighborhood. We will return with joy and recommend the space. Thank you very much Glauco and Nice!

The pool is wonderful, always clean and well taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. Your Valdir was extremely attentive and always available to answer any questions.
