Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Capraia e Limite

Alessio was very responsive and kind. Provided personal check in and offered local suggestions. Apartment was as described. Two bedrooms with a bathroom in each was great for traveling with adult children. Being near to train (3 min walk) was fantastic with luggage but passing the station at night was a little uncomfortable. That is not within the host’s control. Probably fine for most travelers. I am just overly cautious! Gated courtyard to elevator building was a plus. I would recommend this property unless traveling alone.

I stayed in Vincenzo’s flat for a week and had a great stay. Vincenzo helped me with my (heavy) luggage on arrival and was flexible with the arrival time. The flat is cosy and comfortable, very well equipped if you wish to cook at home. The area is very lively, my favourite area in Florence with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, antique shops etc and it’s within easy walking distance from all the museums and the historic centre. I can only recommend it! Thank you Vincenzo!

The place was spotless, super tidy and clean, just like the listing. It would be good for them to add microwaves and more cucharitas. On the other hand it is important that they warn that it is advisable to use one appliance at a time as we put the washing machine and the dishwasher and the light was cut. Beyond this inconvenience I recommend the apartment was impeccable and the host always attentive and responding to every concern.

The apartment is on the third and final floor of a building a few steps from Santa Maria Novella station: I was only there for a few hours (arrived by train and having to leave by train) and therefore the proximity to the station was a valuable factor of comfort. The climb to the third floor is quite ambitious, but when you arrive at the top you will find a niceapartment, very bright, absolutely clean, with a nice bathroom and a bed that I found very comfortable, equipped for more than four pillows (of two different thicknesses, so you can choose). Check-in is very simple, the host responds quickly (we also met casually and is also very nice!) and the price is very competitive in my opinion. In short, I am promoted with full votes.

Being able to stay in this apartment was the best decision, very close to the tram and very well connected. Everything was clean and spacious Eleonora was lovely and flexible despite our late arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!!

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

This apartment was in a wonderful location , right around the corner from the Duomo. A safe neighborhood close to restaurants, bars. Everything was within walking distance. Inside the apartment, you can look out the window and see the beautiful top of the Duomo. It was very clean and spacious! Vittoria was wonderful and very helpful, a great host!

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Such a beautiful little castle!

We two newly retired people rented the house for a whole month and enjoyed it very much. Since we had our own car and would love to go around and look around, it was no problem getting to different interesting and beautiful surroundings. On foot it is quite steep to the village and in the surroundings, but it is outweighed by the amazing view. We thought it was a very functional house. The kitchen was wonderful to work in, and when we had another couple visiting for a week, it was so good with several bedrooms with a private bathroom and on two floors. Spacious around the dining area and kitchen, nice terrace and secluded from the neighbor in the same house, who kindly received and showed us the house when we arrived.

We absolutely loved Alessandro's place. It was very cozy, had everything you could ever need and a stunning view of the Tuscan Hills. Alessandro made us feel right at home. When we visit Tuscany again, we'll definitely be back (:

Great location off the beaten path. We were just transiting between Modena and Florence, but we wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful and tucked away in the countryside but still close to different areas in Tuscany and just a 45 min drive to downtown Florence. Antonio’s place was stunning - so peaceful and the most beautiful views. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at the cottage in November with our 1,5 year old and loved it. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also loved the large garden with Camillo, the friendliest dog, he was also very gentle with our toddler. The location was also great, easy to get to bigger cities by car and only 30 mins from Florence. Can only recommend the place!

We loved staying g at Pietro’s place. Beautiful terrace overlooking the Arno. Comfortable beds and very clean. Absolutely lovely hospitality with everything in the kitchen and Pietro dropped off a bottle of wine!

The accommodation offers an experience higher than expected. The owners practically pamper you, they show you their interest and human warmth, with very high standards of aesthetics, cleanliness and efficiency. I consider them exemplary. From now on, wherever I go, I will report my experience to their standards. They could teach how to open and run an Air BnB.

I have no complaints at all. Place was as described and very clean. Would def consider this property in the future!

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

As a host Jessica did an excellent job of communicating and check in was super easy. All instructions were crystal clear. The location is fantastic as it’s maybe a 10 minute easy walk to the center of Florence where all the main attractions are. The apartment itself looks like it was just renovated and new. A lot of attention to detail was taken in providing all the necessities for a short or long stay. The only issue for me was occasional noise (walking and furniture movement) from the neighbor in the apartment above. Otherwise everything else was great.

I think a lot of Koreans stay, but I don't think there are any reviews, so I'll leave you a review! First of all, I don't know if the total pyeong is due to the romance of travel.. I give it 5 stars... ★★★★★ 1. Location -It's not in the center of Florence, but most of you will travel by train, but there are not many stone floors to get to Santa Maria Station and 5-10 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Station, so it's not too difficult to drag a carrier. If I had stayed in the center, it would have been close to getting around, but I was dragging my carrier... And as in other reviews, it's just a staircase to the 5th floor, so it's a little! It may be uncomfortable. I stayed with my husband and moved two 24-inch carriers, but my husband moved with his luggage, so it wasn't too difficult, but I think it might be a little uncomfortable for the elderly. But I don't think most of the accommodations will have an elevator.. so I hope you've considered this as well. 2. Accommodation condition Cosimo manages the place really neatly! The bathroom has no water, and there is no odor from the shower area. The kitchen is spacious, so it's perfect for shopping and cooking, and there are many tables, so it's good to sit and create an atmosphere. There is no great view, but the windows are large, and the sunlight comes in really well. So it was warm during the day! 3. Key facilities The washing machine is a little! It's hard to use. Be sure to read the manual and use it.... I sustained a big injuries to my hand because of the inside lid. The rest was very well done, and there was an instruction manual in the manual book provided by Cosimo, but when we visited, the coffee machine wasn't working... It's a little unfortunate. When I checked in, I didn't meet Cosimo, but in the middle, the Airbnb app gave me a lot of information about nearby restaurants, etc. She was a wonderful host, and this apartment was a lovely place to stay in Florence.:) I highly recommend staying here if you ever visit!
