The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, spacious, with a super equipped kitchen, located in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of Procchio Bay. Both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for a family with small children like ours. Located in a strategic point and great starting point to reach all the most beautiful beaches of the Island of Elba. Elisa, the host, kind and helpful!

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!

We had very nice summer days in the charming house. We particularly liked the retro charm of the decor as well as the walking access to three beaches. Antonia took care of our concerns right away. We will be happy to come back.

Villa Ottagonale is part of a project from the early '60s that should have led to the creation of about ten villas commissioned by the famous architect Gio Ponti. In fact, only two were built: the Villa Ottagale and the adjacent Villa Allungata. Spending a week in environments that emanated the charm of a great Italian architecture has contributed a lot to the pleasantness of our vacation. The rooms of the villa are also very spacious and comfortable with the only exception of the bathrooms that are affected by the '60s construction: working and clean, but with spartan showers and separate faucets without the mixers to which we are all accustomed to (perhaps we could improve the quality of the additions - type boxes and mobile walls - with materials of better workmanship and quality that respect the style of design excellence of the house). The exteriors are very high for surface, equipment and comfort with a TOP pool and large tables.

The house is really beautiful with perfect views. The host was always available quickly on site or via messages. From the property you could easily reach everything on the island by car.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Well-maintained house from the '70s with a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool. The garden and outdoor spaces are ideal for those with children and dogs The space is well distributed between rooms, living room and outdoor area, which is very livable and has a beautiful barbecue. The house is equipped with everything and in an original state, very well kept; the only bathrooms that require a refresh. Location in a residential area, very quiet and surrounded by greenery; a little out of the way and therefore requires the use of the car to reach the beaches and services. Finally, a positive note about exterior maintenance: having gardeners and cleaning twice a week allows you to always have everything in order.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place. The location is exceptional for us: Porto Azzurro is within walking distance and the house is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding mountains. The property itself is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious terrace with a grill area. Kitchen is well equipped. Veronica was very nice and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend this place, and were happy to come back.

Villa Bacci is beautifully located! The house is large and well stocked/divided (several bathrooms, living rooms & upstairs a small lounge, kitchen appliances, high-quality tables & chairs for indoor/outdoor etc.) It is lovingly and stylishly restored and decorated with antique finds from family ownership. The pool especially delighted the kids. This is exemplary secured with a child-proof locking mechanism. We spent great evenings outside at the long wooden table (with lighting!) in the gravel square, enjoyed the mood, grilled and ate and the kids played. The place is incredibly quiet and you can hear and see many animals such as pheasants, bats, etc. Alfredo was always friendly, understanding and super accessible, gave us tips for the rainy days and also Giovanni (check in/out) is a very fine person! We stayed with an extended family (grandparents, children & grandchildren) on the property for a week. We will be back!

The jewel - even more beautiful in real real than in the photos - is an oasis of well-being, which Chris is decorated with a lot of love and is very carefully entertained by the good soul. Communication and guest support was perfect.

The holidays start already when the gates open and you enter this fantastic property. The beautiful palm trees and stunning appearance of the villa. Just a perfect scenery. The quantity of the rooms and the spacious architecture were perfect for us. We were there with 4 adults, 4 childs, 1 dog. All rooms appear quite as new, beautiful and simplistic design, the beds are absolutely comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. The pool just fits perfectly to that wonderful property. The pool is filled with light salt water. The whole garden with approx. 3000 m2 is completely fenced...perfect for our dog. You can relax at the pool, play football/ Volley ball in the huge garden or just take a 5 min ride down to the closest beach. The mini market has a good offering and is just 3 min away (car). We love this property .
