Vacation rentals with beach access in Capo d'Arco

Great apartment right on the port of Porto Azzuro. The large balcony offers a great view of palm trees and the boats rocking in the harbor. Here you like to sit and watch the hustle and bustle. There was not so much going on on the promenade in October, so for the central location it was quite quiet in the apartment. The apartment itself offers a living room, two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was renovated and even had a washing machine. A supermarket is easily accessible on foot, as is the best ice cream shop in the town. The bus stop with buses to Capoliveri and Porto Ferraio is just a few minutes away. We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the apartment! It was a lovely holiday here!

We loved Alessandra’s place. Cozy and clean. Well furnished. Near the city center and all the service. A free parking space nearby, which is always a good plus. Alessandra was a great host. We highly recommend this place for your next stay at Isola d’Elba.

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

Mafalda could not have been more helpful. We had everything we needed in a small compact area. The terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful to eat our meals on, the rocky cove and the gemlike water a permanent draw in such warm weather! Our thoughtful host collected us with our baggage from the top of the hill at the bus stop on our first day, perfect after a long journey. We were so grateful for that support. We very much hope to return, perhaps when the weather is a little cooler so we can explore more.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location right on the water. Since the apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no car traffic. You don't get anything from the bar next to the apartment. (Noise or the like) We had a great time.

We had a quiet week area suitable for children , a 10-minute walk away there was a beach suitable for children even for a 1-year-old baby. We had a great time. Mrs. Franca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything .

It was a wonderful stay! Fabio's apartment is exactly as described on the listing. Check in and check out were flexible and simple, thanks to the precise directions provided by the host. The area is quiet and you can reach bars and restaurants on foot. The location of the apartment is strategic both to visit several places of interest and to reach the best beaches. Highly recommended!

Cozy house with everything you need for your stay! The garden was really helpful, especially for my dog who really enjoyed it! The outdoor shower was very useful both for washing your feet before returning home after the beach. 5 minutes by car from Straccoligno beach, which you can also walk to if you want! The village center, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, is only 5 minutes away. Capoliveri is wonderful! We thank Irid for his hospitality and recommend his home to everyone!

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house.. a magnificent terrace with sea view, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches ... everything was available in the kitchen... a very quiet place, which we appreciated very much.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place 800 meters from the Gulf of baratti ,quiet and cool, private parking,oven and barbecue in the garden, in short, what we were looking for. Lovely vacation and accurate and clear host. Thank you for everything, including culinary tips.

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Super great apartment. We were there in November and December – at the time it was very quiet and pleasant. We liked the sea view the best and that you are often completely empty beach in a minute. :) The apartment is equipped with everything you need and within walking distance there are restaurants, supermarkets etc. At least in winter Follonica is also very relaxed – not crowded, but there is plenty to do. I'm sure we'll be back!

the house is perfect for a family of 3/4 people, fenced garden and veranda and ample space for dogs. We had a great time and Arianna (her delightful family)was perfect, always in advance of all our requests or needs. We hope to see you again soon! Out of the confusion but there is everything! Small but enchanting beach, it is a two-minute walk from Arianna's place. Thank you for everything.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of Porto Azzurro old town has met our expectations more than. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is well renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and keeps everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very convenient for us. The communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information in the apartment on an info board. There was nothing from our perspective, which was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

i stayed in this apartment and I have to admit that it was the first time that upon my arrival I did not have to buy anything outside of the obvious food 😊 there was everything you needed for the stay from the clean sheets to the towels, everything you need for pots to eat a nice large fridge and wide spaces of the rooms and a fabulous terrace with a beautiful sea view to enjoy the sunset at night!!! What to say, a great location both for the sea and to reach markets , bars, restaurants... I recommend it!!!!

Excellent location in the centre of Piombino. Beautiful views on the sea. Suites well to those staying up late (gives time for apartment to cool down in the evening). Daniele met us in person and was very helpful with our questions/requests. Highly recommended.
