The space met the expectations, check in and check out flexible! The place to get there is a little confused by the gps, with dirt road..but we got contact and with the host and it was easy to locate. It faces the furnas dam. It has a nearby market and a restaurant tbm. thanks for staying!

Our stay couldn't have been better ! The house is super comfortable, has all the utensils to prepare the meals , the pool extremely clean , and in the position of the sun, the water is warm. Janaina (host) has given us a lot of attention helping us a lot even at a difficult time of lack of energy in the neighborhood she helped us too much! Janaina already deserves 10 stars just for all the attention she has always given us helping us! I would definitely recommend the house! We hired Dona Cida who took care of the cleaning for us during our stay and made a wonderful cheese bread and still cooked us with a lot of whim! Janaina has her contact and may indicate to you! I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.
