The place is fine. It's a small but precise apartment on a building's roof. I had loud construction noise 2 mornings as they are doing work on the entire building (March 2025, it could last a long time). The rest was perfect.

Perfect location, everything was great including internet speed and stability. Daniel was very nice. He even offered me a ride in his car to get to my next Airbnb. He also lent me a power strip cord because I needed more outlets. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and high water pressure, AC in the bedroom, nice wood floors. Nice kitchen.

Huge apartment in downtown. Ideal for families

María José was very friendly and kind to me and my friend. She met us at the apartment and went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was available. She communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure that all was going well. I had told her in one of my messages that I was interested in concerts at the Teatro del Libertador San Martín and she very graciously provided us with tickets and excellent seats to two wonderful concerts. Her generosity was the highlight of our visit. The apartment was in a great location. It was near the “comida por peso” place on Independencia where we were able to take home all of our meals at a reasonable price. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare everything. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Our stay was most pleasant and María José was a wonderful host.

Fernanda has been extremely kind to me and my companion. She provided us with things we didn't have and always looked for solutions. It has been a great relief to come across such an empathetic and attentive hostess. As for the apartment, I would suggest adding a couple of things: a tender with brooches, some shelves for the shower, one or two more glasses, higher chairs for those of us who work with a laptop and check the cable channel. The location is unbeatable: 20 blocks from the Private Hospital, 4 from the laundry that suggest in the hospital, 1-2 blocks from a supermarket, half a block from greengrocers and bakeries, and 2 of restaurants and cafes. The apartment does not have a trace of humidity, it is small but well distributed, it is easily kept clean, it is bright and cool (with the airs it sometimes gets very cold). In general it is very peaceful, but in front there are barcitos that fill up almost every day. There are usually not many neighbors, so the noise is minimal in addition to being a 7th floor.

Excellent accommodation, very well located in the center of everything, accessible to reach on foot, you have a Carrefour at barenas salís, Cynthia and Ivan were excellent hosts, very friendly and always responded with speed and with a willingness to resolve inconveniences. The stay is commensurate with the price, which is in fact second to none. Upon arrival everything was very clean and it was very comfortable to be able to rest there after vacation. We appreciate your accommodations. Do I recommend the place? Of course, yes. In fact when I come back for Cordoba I plan to book the same place if it is still available.

The depto is what you see in the photos, everything was very neat, they left some details that add up to tea, coffee, water, adapters, etc. The area is very nice and quiet and there are several places to buy food very close. In addition, it is also accessible because it is easy to get out on the ring road.

A great place to stay in Cordoba. Good location, comfortable and spacious. Gaby and Eli were always friendly and friendly. It has everything to cook, rest, and entertain. Large balcony towards the square with a beautiful view. A little bit to improve : the pillows. The apartment is beautiful, everything is new and impeccable. Everything described and the photos match the place. The location is easy to find and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, it has many shops and restaurants nearby, and in front there is a square that is beautiful too. Mariano always responded to messages quickly, and even waited for us until very late so that we could check in since our trip was delayed. We will definitely come back and recommend it.

Good located apartment with more than enough space for two! We had a great time there and enjoyed especially the balcony, the rooftop pool and the cosy and modern atmosphere in this place!

Apto according to the published and it's even bigger than it looks. Real photos and jacuzzi was tremendous. Everything was excellent! Everything is very neat, clean and cared for! It is located on the top floor of the building making it very safe. It has a very good neighborhood view terrace. It's also very safe at night. Easy and flexible both check-in and Out with very good communication with Pablo, the host who received us from 10 with a lot of kindness and predisposition! Thank you for your experience!
