We had a fantastic stay at Roger's little cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was peaceful and private but close enough to walk to the spectacular beach and drive to some lovely coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Roger was prompt in responding to any questions we had and we would definitely like to return to this special spot. Thanks, again, Roger.

What a lovely spot! The cottage is quiet and peaceful and has everything we needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of extra bedding available when the weather turned rather cold. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a wonderful view of the garden. Great shower, too! Maya was the perfect host - we felt right at home from the start and would love to visit again some time.

Rojeanne was extremely welcoming and warm. She gave us recommendations on things to do and was attentive if we needed anything. Her place was perfect for what we wanted. A quiet, private space that was very peaceful.

Cute, clean cottage with a beautiful private garden overlooking the mountains. Lindsay is a really lovely host, super friendly, kind and accommodating - even allowing us to stay a couple of hours longer as she had no one checking in - which meant we didn't have to waste the day waiting at the airport. Perfectly central to stroll to Kalk Bay or Muizenberg as we didn't have a car. Perfect spot to relax in St James for a week or so.

What a stunning home with even more fabulous hosts. I am so thankful for their hospitality and their support during the stay. Can not recommend staying here enough.

Angela's guest cottage was the perfect base for our two week stay visiting family in the area. The cottage had everything we needed - it was cosy and comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. The view from the cottage to the ocean, particularly at sunset, was incredible. Angela was very communicative, but also respectful of our privacy. She was helpful and advised us of potential load-shedding times. We would highly recommend her cottage and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Anthea’s place. We were with our 1yo son and it was just perfect for us. The surroundings and view are breathtaking, the pool is great and Anthea & her housekeeper were so kind & helpful and also flexible for check in & out time. Thank you so much !

My partner and I had the most beautiful weekend! All we wanted was a peaceful spot for a romantic getaway and we got exactly that. Spotless and clean, beautiful presentation of the place, exactly like the pictures and super friendly hosts. Would definitely spend another weekend there and would highly recommend to others!

Great little cottage on a beautiful property. Equipped with everything you’d need for a peaceful stay. Shops are a close drive away. Hosts are friendly and accessible on the property. Would recommend and visit again.

Absolutely amazing place, just as described. Also the host thought of everything from local recommendations to all materials for the hot-tub (which was a real delight on both hot and cold days) perfectly situated outside of the very busy Paarl but very close to the N1 to still get around easily.

My partner and I had the best weekend away at Iona’s place. We visited the beach and local restaurants near by which was amazing. It was warm, cozy, private and super peaceful, we almost didn’t wanna leave🥲 10/10 recommend.

We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again one day. The house is a wonderful piece of history and yet everything is comfortable and easy too. The location was surprisingly quiet despite being in high season and so close for penguin action. Loved it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Aboyne Cottage and felt very safe. The Airbnb is very well equipped and has everything you need. Pippa is an excellent host, very responsive to any questions and goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Would go back to stay there in a heartbeat!

I’m so grateful to have found this peaceful gem. Very close to everything, beach, train station and restaurants. Loved sitting outside surrounded by the beautiful garden and flowers. I wish I would have stayed longer and took the train to Cape Town for day trips. Zelda is a fantastic host, so friendly and thoughtful. I will be back for sure, thank you!
