Vacation rentals in Cape Kiveri

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

I highly, highly recommend the place, great contact, very good WiFi, close to the center, great restaurants right next door, easy access to the rocks, the beach in Plaka nearby. We will definitely come again, it is a place with a wonderful atmosphere :)

What a lovely home! Loved the garden and upper terrace. Excellent central location. Angelos is very responsive, a great host. And many thanks to Maria and the trycicle gentleman for meeting us at the port and taking care of all our luggage.

The house is tastefully decorated with 2 terraces that offer a wonderful view. Since we were in the house in the low season, we had the facility almost to ourselves and it was wonderfully quiet. We almost always had the pool for exclusive use and we were often alone on the beach. In the neighboring village there was a very good bakery with great homemade ice cream varieties and small and large supermarkets.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and very practical to stay. Because there are windows everywhere, the living room/kitchen is very nice and bright. The roof terrace is ideal and has both sun and shade. The kitchen was very nice to cook in, the bed great for sleeping and the bathrooms perfect. The house is located in a very nice part of Spetses, with an old harbor and a nice short walk to the beach or the water. Nicholas was very flexible and had good tips, for example how we could rent a scooter. 100% recommended!

If there were more stars I would give more. Great hosts! Owner stayed awake until 230 am to meet me (i have no idea how far she had to drive after that) Communication: They were easygoing, accommodating, and always replied fast with tips, suggestions and trying to make our stay enjoyable. Bonus: Huge bowl of fruit waiting for us, plus munchies and cold drinks, that was literally what we needed after a crazy trip with toddlers and delayes. I hope to be back at this place sometime, my family had the time of our life splashing around in the pool, enjoying the grounds and just an overall awesome vacation place.

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)
