Great place! Centrally located, quiet neighborhood and amazing hosts.

Our stay was great! The house has a really nice shower in the master bedroom and everything you would need in the kitchen. The house is also located on a quiet street with great places to take nice relaxing walks on the bayside and a free public beach on the oceanside.

I had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a few days. It was very comfortable and complete with everything you need to spend a few days. Thank you!!

Loved our recent stay at this beach house! The location is great, very close to the beach but felt private and secluded (on a quiet street). We drove to the beach with all our stuff, but could have also walked. No issues with finding parking at the beach, although we were here off-season in September. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach (both inside and on the large deck). We grilled, had pizza delivered and drove a short distance to Duck for dinner a few nights. Had one rainy day where we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch listening to music and playing games. Would recommend Laurie's place to anyone who enjoys charming beach houses (no bland, new build here): full of fun decorations, a spiral staircase and lots of charming personality!

This was an amazing stay! Very close to the beach and located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

forbes fever was absolutely what they described it was!! the house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at. was the perfect size for our family of 9 that stayed and very dog friendly! the pool was beautiful and the short distance to the beach could not have been more perfect!! the host was fabulous they were so attentive and responded very quickly when I had a question!! the staff was so quite and respectful we never even knew they came and was getting supplies we could not have had a better trip!!!

Anne was very communicative, they have a great place on the sound side. Had all the amenities listed. We all enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend for families with young ones, plenty of rooms and beds for all our little ones, and a few toys and things to do for the youngsters!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this beach house! The location was perfect, near the beach, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided, making our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including chairs, and even a cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved the outdoor area with hot tub. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

Place was equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, beach time, and chill time in the home. Places to eat and stores within walking distance. Heated pool and hot tub were awesome for the kids! No complaints, nice people and nice home and nice area!

The home is very pretty and well put together. We got there pretty late and it was super easy to get in the house. Everything was extremely clean and the owners are very nice people.

The pictures do not do this place justice! If it way nicer in person and there is so much to do within walking distance! A very family and young child friendly rental!

Wonderful views and easy access to the water. Good place with young children. (We had a toddler and a baby as part of our group.) The sitting area in the master suite was a great place to play board games and chat in the evenings without disturbing the little ones sleep. Great deck with sturdy chairs of the correct height to see the ocean over the railing. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores and even a Target less than 2 miles away.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kimberly’s home. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone.

5 stars isn’t enough to give . The inside of the home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed to cook. The house is close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Our stay was perfect. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend it for other travelers. Everything about this listing is absolutely true! I wanted a relaxing and private place on the beach to celebrate my birthday. Ashley’s place was perfect! The view was beautiful especially at sunrise. Ashley is super sweet and one of the best responsive hosts we have ever had. If you are looking for a nice getaway, book Ashley’s house, you won’t be disappointed!! We want to come back for sure!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was spotless, quiet, private, picturesque, nicely decorated, and had just the perfect amount of amenities. I would highly recommend for a no-hassle, easy, aesthetically-pleasing stay!

We had a great stay! We visited outer banks for my mother’s birthday and she loved every minute. This home is very close to the Wright Brothers Memorial and all the nice beaches of the outer banks. All of their restaurant/eatery recommendations were spot on. Of note, if you are traveling with dogs, the neighbors on either side of the home have dogs and they are frequently barking. If you want a quick breakfast before heading out for the day, stop at the gas station down the road (TJs) they make a pretty egg and cheese on a biscuit!

Really nice, comfortable, high quality vacation house. Owners were easy to communicate with if we had a question. Beautiful decor and views. Our family felt very relaxed & able to enjoy our week there.

Great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and made everything easy.

Three friends and I stayed at Sheila's place for a long weekend for our annual reflection and intention-setting retreat. My friend had stayed there previously with her family, so we knew from her experience that it would be a gem. But the house and Sheila still completely blew away my expectations. The house and setting is absolutely stunning - amazing sunsets and views. Sheila was the perfect host and incredibly helpful with so, so many details. I can't recommend this place more. I hope to stay there again in the future.

The location was perfect for our trip. We travel with our dog. We needed a pet friendly place and this was perfect. Everything we needed was there to be able to cook and rest from being out shopping and fishing. The property appears to be 30 to 40 years old and a good bit of repairs and or updates are underway. Typical for a costal property. Appliances in kitchen are updated. View of water is un obstructed. The dock/pier is solid and comfortable to walk on and fish from. We enjoyed having the grassy yard for our dog to enjoy. Very quiet places during our Thanksgiving stay. We would book again if it is available and look forward to it.
