The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, super well-equipped. It has small details that make a difference, such as leaving basic toiletries and kitchen available for guests. Although they are cheap items, it makes it easier not to have to go to the market soon after arrival. As for the site, do everything on foot, 2 blocks from the sea. The condominium is very nice We had pleasant days, would come back for sure

The place is great, with large and well-lit environments, ideal for two adults and one child. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. The garage can be a challenge for large pickup trucks, but medium cars and SUVs come in smoothly. The stay was excellent, the apartment is complete, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, and very well taken care of.

Excellent. So summarize our stay, the extraordinary host in attention, quickness in response and resolute. The apartment has a great location, structure true to the description and is a great option in its cost-benefit. I recommend and will be back as soon as we have the opportunity.

We were very well served. quick responses, apartment exactly like the photos, everything clean and organized. the keys was very easy to pick up and the return as we would like to leave at dawn we agreed on how to do and everything was fine. near the beach and close to the mall and places to eat, you can walk without the need for a car. super we recommend. we will return for sure.

Great!!! i recommend as Argentine to visit Capao da Canoa very quiet ideal to rest. Also hire this apartment that is ideal !! . Andrea is a genius. A recommendation for the next one is that if they can innovate with air conditioning and adapters for Argentine phones but only a detail. Thank you Andrea!!

Super-equipped house, exactly as in the listing. Flávio and his wife were super helpful. I needed to delay the agreed check-in time a little and they were super understanding. Clean and cozy home. Good patio and super quiet street. Great to go with kids. We loved the stay and plan to return.

Our stay was wonderful, apt close to tdo, we left the car only in the garage the rest we did it on foot... Ricardo super attentive and request, from the moment I reached out to know more information about the apt. City was always gracious and was willing to help with the need! Surely at a next chance, we'll be there!

Excellent apartment with a privileged location! Very comfortable and with all the utensils you need to spend a comfortable stay on the beach. I highly recommend the accommodation! A differential is the reception of Sílvia, very attentive! We'll be back soon!

We love the stay at Thaine's place, a calm and welcoming atmosphere, all clean, with clear instructions, and Thaine has always been very helpful, dear and agile in the answers. We love the weekend with family in the house very close to the beach, a place to barbecue and relax. It was great!! I highly recommend hosting!!

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it.
