This was the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. I’m sure most people do, but bring your own soap and shampoo. We played outside, picked wildflowers, and had a great time. I will say that 46th Pizzeria is HORRIBLE. Don’t order their pizza, but that wasn’t Carolyn’s fault.

A lovely retreat! Close to the lake, and the river. The trail behind the house was perfect, and the kids even enjoyed the basketball hoop and pickleball court at the end of the trail. The garage has so many great amenities, and the game room was such a blast! Kitchen fully stocked (we made almost all meals at home), beds super comfy with plenty of room for all in the home. Hosts had spot on recommendations for swimming as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Randy & Jeannine were wonderful hosts! They made sure to stay in touch with us during our stay & were quick to respond! The house was so cute and felt like home! The only thing I will say is that the air bnb is a duplex. I didn’t realize it was when booking. However the neighbors weren’t a problem at all! 5 of us stayed in the house and it was just enough space! Can’t wait for another trip to Austin!

We chose to stay at Dorothy's house for two nights as a last minute trip for our family of five. The house is centrally located to visit the lake, river, or explore Gruene and other local towns. We really appreciated the quite gated neighborhood with a great view. There's a number of restaurants and shopping nearby. The house was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, wifi was good, and plenty of TVs. We spent our evenings on the patio, which was setup for max comfort. Dorothy was a super host who was very responsive and provided all the info for the house and any other questions. We would definitely recommend the house and would absolutely stay here again.

The home was easy to find. The deer led us right to it! They are everywhere in the neighborhood and we loved it! It was peaceful, great for walking, and had some pretty scenery. Perfect location to multiple parks and lots to do, while still feeling secluded and hidden away for quiet evenings. They had a well-stocked kitchen supplies, a perfect back yard, grill, and games for the kids 😊 Our kids loved their bedrooms. We enjoyed the time we spent here, love this area, and cannot wait to come back! The hosts were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay!

Annie was a fabulous host to us. We are a local family and we needed a long term rental while our home was getting reconstructed after a water loss. We stayed in Annie’s property from Nov 17 until December 30. In that time period, we needed to ask for 2 more extensions. Annie was beyond helpful and prompt when I reached out to extend. She swiftly created an extension reservation to ensure that the home was not booked while we contacted our insurance company & received funding. She was proactive in a manner that confirmed we had a roof over our head during this time period. I will forever be grateful. Cozy Chic Cibolo home is located off of a “main road” which provided easy access to I-35, FM 1103, FM 78, and FM 3009. The property itself was clean and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had EVERY cooking utensil, tool, cookware, and appliances needed. I truly appreciated it because all our belongings were in storage. It was very easy to access & the rules are very clear and detailed.

This stay was just seamless from beginning to end. Judy is the most gracious host. She is an excellent communicator, both real time, as well as the notes and instructions left in the home for reference. The house was very comfortable and was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with useful products like the wraps, baggies as well as wide variety spices and oils. Garage was such a help and peace of mind for coming and going. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. Lots of areas to walk for exercise. This home was a perfect fit for my need while exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Salvador’s home is the epitome of a 5 star Airbnb! I have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one is tops! We were three golfers and we each had our own bedroom/bath. Sal has obviously heeded on either his guests’ suggestions or leans on his experience because his home has every little detail you can imagine. Here’s a small example: the main Living/TV room coffee table has rubber tips on the corners so kids or guests won’t hurt the knees or such by bumping into it. Beds are comfy, nice pillows, coean linen, clean house, all kitchen necessities but even more than the average Airbnb. Use of the garage to park in with a remote was a big plus. His home is in a gated neighborhood so it’s in a very safe area evident by the residents there walking, walking their dogs, kids on bikes etc. Restaurants and stores are literally a few blocks away but not in site. Tranquil Austin House- Good for Families

We were in town to attend the MotoGP races at COTA from F-Sun and we needed a place to crash. This ended up being an amazing location to both get there and get back with minimal traffic as the majority of attendees stay in Downtown Austin which we wanted to avoid. The house is as pictured and we were satisfied with the provided amenities. The neighborhood is super quiet and if you are a bird lover be sure to sit on the back porch in the early morning/sunset times and you will be in for an auditory treat. Everything is provided for and there is lots of space for whatever your desired needs are while in the space. The hot tub rocks as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, we loved it!

This was the perfect place for our large family. When it is more kids than adults it is either a hit or miss and this home had the kids entrained all day and night. when we did have questions, the Host always responded quickly and nicely(i tend to over ask questions lol) We will be back soon
