Vacation rentals in Cantabrian Alava

The apartment is strategically placed beside la Concha beach and lies at a ten minute walk from the old town. In the opposite direction are a wide variety of shops and cafes to enjoy a browse or a bite to eat. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a television/books for your entertainment. The beds are comfortable and wardrobe space is plentiful in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal with plenty of cutlery/crockery and a spacious fridge. Two bathrooms with showers ensured a n extra level of comfort. Luis was always available for advice and recommendations for the holiday. We had a very enjoyable time.

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Do yourself a favor and book Juan’s place, you won’t regret it. From check in to check out, the recommendations and thoughtfulness it’s a dream. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL with spectacular views and a stoned throw from the best food you can ever imagine. Listen to Juan’s suggestions, he knows what he’s talking about. This was our first time to Basque and his place made the trip even more magical. eskerrik asko Juan!

My family and I enjoyed the accomodation. The three of us and our dog Ren, were comfortably accommodated. The Playa Antonio, just down the hill, was beautiful and we spent many hours walking on the beach. The tram station was close by.

The apartment is enormous and very well kept. There was plenty of space for our family of 4, with an especially large and well equipped kitchen, and more than enough room to keep out of each other’s way when we needed to. It’s blocks from the beach and a quick easy walk to the older part of town with tons of restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet but not boring. The parking spot is a definite plus. Karmen was super flexible, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property located in the shore of the Cantabrian Sea. The house consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the real gem is the outside. The photos available do not finish doing justice to the huge terrain that includes lomas, abundant vegetation, and direct views of the coast. The grill is also very nice. I hope that I can return soon. Thank you very much Sonia!

We liked this apartment very much. It offers a lot of space if you are a family requirement. You have everything you need. Each bedroom even has its own TV. The location is also unbeatable, from the apartment you only need 10 minutes to Santander by car. Surroundings are idyllic and beautiful. Especially the view from Balcony is very nice. The host also gave us a short personal introduction to the apartment. We can only report positively about this apartment.
