Lisa's place was clean, very well located in a convenient quiet location in town. My family enjoyed their stay and will recommend Lisa's house to my friends. Fantastic size for group of people.

Our stay at Olivilla was made even more memorable by such wonderful hosts. Jill & Greg, were friendly, attentive, responsive & felt like friends as soon as we arrived. With offers of home made coffee, an extensive tour & run through of the villa, privacy and local recommendations we were able to really make the most of our time with ease. The amenities were plenty from delicious home made fruit & nut sour dough to Leif bathroom products. The pool & spa were clean & perfect for the warm days while we stayed, and of a night the bbq & pool table were a perfect way to unwind. The property comfortable, clean & close town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Olivilla & one day hope visit again.

Karen and her family made our stay the most wonderful, enjoyable and relaxing family experience. It was as though we were staying with our own family. The property is absolutely delightful, a must if you have small children, especially if they love animals. It was a short break for us but a delightful glimpse into the life of our country cousins. The landscape, sunsets, animals and hospitality were incomparable and absolutely desirable. We are already planning our next city escape to Red Hill and highly recommend you do so as well. Thank you

Lovely house, far lovelier and more spacious than the photos suggest. Quiet in the countryside but only about 10 mins drive out of town. Very peaceful setting with kitchen gardens, hens, llamas and birdlife. While we didn't cook a meal here we noted that the large range of herbs and spices, plus the fresh herbs growing outside would make this a great kitchen to prepare a meal. Lots of good-sized bedrooms. This place is so lovely you will wonder if the holiday should be about staying inside rather than going out and exploring.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beautiful home. David was very helpful with all questions and flexible with anything we needed to bring onto his property. Thank you David and family for allowing us to stay we surely enjoyed it. Amenities are complete and beds couch were comfy plenty of room for our big family to have our own space each.

Beautiful old house that has clearly had much love poured into it over the years! The garden is sprawling and lovely, the pool was very welcome and the air conditioning worked well. Beds were fantastic - everyone said they were some of the best beds they have slept in! Really great having a second bathroom that was additionally fitted with mobility assistance rails and flat surfaces. Only a couple of very minor things were things an old place often encounters: 1. Knobs on doors being loose/a lock on a screen door was loose but easily screwed back into snug positioning 2. Door at second bathroom was slightly ajar upon my arrival but I realised that it was due to the door/lock expansion (which does happen with older places especially - having lived in heritage houses before they are small quirks). Everything was absolutely clean as a whistle inside and well set out. The new Weber Q was lovely! The other BBQ was a bit tired but came up a treat. THANKYOU for the lovely stay!

Thanks Ann, This was my second stay at The Cottage. It is a very nice place indeed. The kitchen has good appliances - full size stove, microwave, etc. There are nice sofas to rest, beautiful views through windows, nice and helpful night lights inside. The bed is very convenient, with electric heating (really helpful in this time of the year). But most of all, I value its perfectly quiet location and peaceful surroundings, so even the old style of the bathroom and separate cold/hot taps did not bother me much. So, I would gladly come again!

Had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay over Christmas. Enjoyed the blend of historic charm and modern convenience. Very convenient location and peaceful. Felt very homely and welcome. Made our Christmas in Bathurst very special.

Absolutely lovely place for a few nights’ stay! Peaceful with an outlook, most of the time only heard the birds! Everything was clean and tidy, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The 4-way powerboards in the rooms are perfect for today’s power-charging needs! Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the house. Would definitely come back again. 😊

We LOVED this house! It was all recently refurbished and so, so beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and easy to use with lots of cooking equipment, beautiful dishes and glasses, and a great gas stove and oven. The lounge room was gorgeous, with an extra air conditioner (in addition to ducted air conditioning throughout the rest of the house). There was an additional sitting room adjacent to the the kitchen, with an extra TV, which was handy for our daughters. The master bedroom, where my husband and I stayed, was absolutely beautifully appointed and had an ensuite bathroom next door. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughters loved having a bedroom each, and these other bedrooms also were very stylish. It was such a delight to stay in this beautifully decorated and modern house.

Stayed for Bathurst Weekend The house is not the Ritz Carlton and nor did we expect it to be. Well appointed for a V8 stay with a mate or 3. Walking distance to Bathurst’s best restaurants (700-1100m) to walk off the drinks at dinner lol. You could walk to the track if you’re up for it (approx 2.5-3k) but would suggest for most would be a short car ride . Overall, very happy but just know that you’re not going to a 5 star hotel and you’ll be happy. Bedding is comfy too. Great communication

This is our second stay. Perfect little cottage for our needs. Everything is as pictured and described. Host is very friendly and responsive and even came and helped us when we locked ourselves out. Will book again for next year.

Kate was an amazing host, she was quick to respond and provided a beautiful space for us to stay in. She even included some goodies for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Jane was a fantastic host, super helpful and responsive, and just a very nice human being. For those who want the peace of a rural location within a 5 minute drive of the Orange CBD this is perfect. Even though the house is effectively divided into two, with the front half for guests, it is absolutely private. While a tad retro, the apartment is clean and very comfortable. Orange itself does not need my recommendation, its a very interesting and sophisticated small city. We will definitely stay again when we visit the region.

Great central base to explore the region. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and were sad to leave on checkout. Beautiful spaces inside and outside. Walking distance to town centre.

Another great stay at Jasmine’s place, this was our second visit. Wonderful old home that has been modernised without removing its historical character. We love staying here, it suits our family configuration, and the many little conveniences and nice touches make this a true home away from home. Thank you Jasmine, we will be back ♥️

Our group were happy with the place. It’s nice and met our expectations. It got everything we need. Highly recommended. We will book it again next time.

Blaire’s properly was exactly if not better than the listing. Blaire was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay if we had any questions. Great property for family, we had young kids (2 and under) with us and our stay was superb. Cannot recommend enough!
