My place is close to Topanga center restaurants and dining like Inn of the Seventh Ray and Canyon Bistro, great views, the beach, and family-friendly activities such as hiking the Backbone trail and Topanga State Park. This lofty retreat contains many steps up to an expansive deck with commanding views. Once ensconced, you will be hard pressed to go anywhere! We do not allow smoking or any drug use anywhere on the property and unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.

Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. We had a very comfortable stay at Nhat's place in between Airbnbs as we continue to be displaced due to the Eaton fires. His home was spotless - from the linens to the furniture - and the provided slippers were a thoughtful touch. The space was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. We would’ve loved to stay longer if it had been available, and if the shower had been a bit more spacious. I'm currently pregnant and just need a little extra room, but it wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Parking was generally easy - we always found a spot. However, we did get a ticket because we didn’t fully read the street signs, so just a heads-up to future guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend Nhat’s place to friends and family!

Richard is a great host, friendly & responsive. Studio is lovely little space, close to everything. Only tiny downside is road noise but that can’t be helped & doesn’t interfere with sleeping. I’d recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s close to freeways for ease of access to anywhere for day trips, yet in a super walkable area to all the amenities of quaint downtown Monrovia.

Staying at Ms. Rose's cabin was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences my partner and I have ever had. Ms. Rose's attention to detail, generosity, and warmth made all the difference. We were blown away by the beauty of the cabin and its surrounding property, as well as all the goodies left inside to enjoy. The fluffy robes, dozen pink roses, tasty snacks and beverages, and more were all above and beyond features that made this stay truly luxurious. We are so grateful for Ms. Rose and highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place with the most comfortable spaces! The beds and pillows are comfortable, kitchen was very clean, complete with everything we needed. I absolutely love how there were so much storage spaces and tables to place our things. Felt very safe even when we get home late at night. Communication with Jane was very smooth, she even let us take a few lemons from her lemon tree which made my mom very happy! I highly recommend this wonderful home in LA!

Thank you Sam and Juan for hosting this lovely place. The location is superb! Great walking distance to Chinese Theatre and Ovation Mall even with three young kids. The place itself is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom amenities that made us want to extend another night. The beds are comfortable and for plenty for three families. The free parking is a big plus! We interacted with the building manager and a cleaning lady who were both very sweet and friendly. Sam was very responsive at any hour of the day. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property.

My wife & I were staying at Neal’s place as our Son underwent a Surgery and needed to stay close by. We were here to help him. The stay was amazing and peaceful. Neal made it easy for us right from our reservation till the time we checked out. Our stress level on Surgery was much reduced knowing we were staying in a great place with great host. He’s very professional, cordial and diligent! He’s very understanding and even followed up with how things were going for us. It was 4 peaceful nights here, in a great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We will surely recommend this place and if opportunity presents, we shall stay here again! Thank you Neal for making it easy for us. We go back to our home with gratitude and knowing our Son is healing well! Thank you!
