It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. We were picked up and given a very warm welcome. Everything was explained to us in detail, and the hosts even surprised us with local delicacies, which we could enjoy for dinner. They were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions immediately. It truly couldn’t have been better service!

We are a family of 5 and had a wonderful week in Villa Stefania. The property, the pool and above all the fantastic views were just great. We also particularly liked that the house was in a very good and clean condition. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is a bit remote, so you definitely need a rental car. The communication with Giuseppe has been great. We were warmly welcomed and if we had any questions in between, Giuseppe was always available. We will be back!

Alessandro and Valentina are among the warmest landlords we have ever had. Not only did Alessandro pick us up in Syracuse, he showed us the area right away, recommended supermarkets, restaurants, even waited in front of the best bakery in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) until we had bought bread etc. And when we wanted to rent a car to explore the area, he assisted us with advice and action. It was a wonderful contact with them at all times. The apartment is spacious for a couple, the terrace is the absolute hit: a fantastic view of the sea. So if you want to explore the area, Fontane Bianche with Alessandro and Valentina are in good hands. During the day you drive to Noto, Syracuse, Modica and relax in the apartment in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom perfect. The address is an absolute recommendation. We will be back :) !!!

We had a great time in Angelo's apartment and especially in the very very nice garden - the children loved playing hide and seek, just roaming around and marveling at lizards and a trampoline is also there. The apartment has what you need, is clean and you can also spend wonderful time on the large balcony. Angelo is very friendly and helpful - a perfect host. Lido di Noto itself offers nothing (at least in the off season). If you want to go to the beach in Lido di Noto, we recommend the one that can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The main beach on the promenade is unfortunately in a very sad state. But if you are not in Angelo's garden, it is best to make excursions and find beautiful cities close by with Noto and Avola. Calamosche Beach is very nice and also easily accessible for several day trips and also trips to Siracusa, Mount Etna or Pantalica Nature Park can be highly recommended. We would happily stay again!

We LOVED spending most of a month on this beautiful and peaceful property just outside town! We took day trips in every direction and each location was even̈ more beautiful than the previous one. The hosts did not speak any English, but we communicated quite effectively using Google translate They have the most lovable dog, too.....just as sweet as the hosts themselves!

Fabulous villa on the beach in southern Sicily

Very beautiful house at the beach. We had everything we needed, separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Nice outdoor area with barbecue and table tennis. The beach was wonderful, not a lot of people and very clear water. No rocks, a perfect spot for a vacation with little kids.

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Francesco went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I am new to Sicily and am assisting with the renovation of a home nearby. He was extremely helpful with lots of suggestions for purchases etc. The apartment was very handy for my needs and spotlessly clean. I could not fault a thing. We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Lovely apartment. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Centrally located. Concetta and her father very nice hosts. Opposite apartment here is a good restaurant too. Close to the sea side and close to supermarket. Peeple in Pozzallo are very nice and friendly, the whole town are like a big family as all know each other. I will come again here.

Wonderful experience. Even before starting the stay, Claudio proved attentive and prompt in his responses. Valerio's welcome was impeccable, always available, full of directions and suggestions, his smile and kindness made us feel at home. As soon as you enter the property you feel on vacation: the atmosphere is one of total relaxation and every detail is taken care of with great attention. There is a garden with lemon trees and succulents, a swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella, a barbecue, a veranda, a back patio overlooking the almond groves and a huge furnished rooftop terrace with a 360° view of the countryside and down to the sea. The house is cozy, clean and has everything. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pots and dishes. The presence of water, coffee, sugar, salt, condiments, paper towels and toilet paper was much appreciated. You sleep very well thanks to the very comfortable beds, air conditioning and the silence that surrounds the property. We will definitely be coming back!

we stayed for a week and immediately felt at home: adequate privacy, everything that could be needed during the stay was, coves and restaurants within walking distance, Salvatore was always available and fast communication. We appreciated the pool, very comfortable also having the outdoor shower and the breakfast supply was a nice surprise, I would definitely recommend a vacation in this villa to everyone, thank you again for everything.

We stayed in The Place in Ortigia the second week in FEB, 2025. The location is outstanding--just over the bridge from Siracusa. Extremely walkable--lots of shops and restaurants very close by, the outdoor market a two-minute walk away. Couldn't be happier with the location. We had breakfast around the corner at the Apollo Cafe every morning and that was great. There are lots of stairs to get into the apartment, but if you're okay with that it's perfect. Extremely clean and updated. Lots of outlets for plugging in electronics. I would STRONGLY recommend for anyone wanting to explore Ortigia. The host, Emanuele, was super nice. Great communication. He met us at the apartment and gave a thorough walk-through. He clearly has a lot of pride in this property and he should--it is lovely. Thanks for the memorable stay!

We had a lovely week at the villa. Unfortunately, the weather did not mean so well with us and therefore it was very cold in the house. But Caterina was super committed and immediately brought firewood and so we could heat the fireplace. In the bedrooms there was an air conditioning which also serves as heating. The location to the sea was great also a few local restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a barbecue( which we did not use) The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, which we rarely experience on vacation! Thanks again and see you soon.

Vincenzo and his wife were extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. They welcomed me as a friend and took good care of their Airbnb. The home has a modern amenities and plenty of space to park a car. The area around Gallina has a lot of swimming options and the house is a few minutes to the highway if you want to go north to Catania or Siracusa or south to Modica and Scicli.

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

We were very well hosted by Daniela even though the check-in was a little chaotic with our GPS and the little information about the place, which is in the countryside. Daniela doesn't speak any English, which made things a little more complicated. But, we ended up finding it, that's the main thing. Upon arrival and departure, Daniela offered us Sicilian culinary specialties, which were very good and delicious fruit (special mention for almond cakes on the last day! ) The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, especially since we were alone in the rental, which includes two other apartments. The beds are very comfortable. In short, we really enjoyed this place because we were quiet. Thanks to Daniela for her kindness and welcome
