Hotel vacation rentals in Canela

We loved staying in Mountain Village and Thiago's Flat was no different! Great apartment, had everything we needed! The security of the site is impeccable, as it is inside a gated community in Canela! Quiet location, great for hiking and admiring the view of the site! The reception is cordial and agile as all the times it has been requested! Thiago always responded promptly! We recommend and will return to Flat 3004!

Everything was great, Guilherme was attentive in the emails and it was not necessary to call him. Everything was just as you described. All attentive staff. The place offered exactly what was promised.

The whole hotel had already gone to that location and I think the whole hotel was sensational. The only thing that is “bad” in the flat, are the times of the restaurant that like it is on top of the ap, if you listen to all the vzs that the chairs are dragged. But since most people don't stay on the ape at these times, they don't realize it. However, it is not absurd. Tv's were with no internet signal, and I believe Guilherme must have fixed it by now. The place is veryooo good! The hot and soft beds, the double one is harder (which I prefer on account of the spine), has a lot of covers and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The super attentive and generous host! I loved the stay so much and hope to come back again!!!!

Great location, very close to the train and the mall. Very nice view. Apartamento has everything, microwaves and even a cooktop.

I loved the lodging, it was exactly what I needed! Great location in the heart of Gramado. On foot of the best spots, shops and restaurants. Super comfortable accommodation, we had a great night's sleep. I had only two days and one night, so I wanted to spend a lot of time out and just sleep in good location and it was super practical. I already saved for the next few days with more time being able to stay there too. Although I did not use it, I observed that there is a hairdryer, soap, coffee maker, teas, and in the minibar there are some drinks (water, soda) with great prices . I recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, both the room we rented and the hotel exceeded our expectations!! Definitely will be back!!

Natália was extremely attentive from the beginning, always available to answer all our questions before we even rent the space. She explained everything clearly, and whenever I needed it responded quickly! At the last minute, I had to change the dates, and she was very responsive and helpful in solving. About the site: It was so much more than we expected! We went in three — me, my wife and our 6-month-old son. The resort's service was impeccable, and the apartment was beautiful, with a bedroom and a living room, quietly accommodating more people. In addition, the resort provided a cot for our son, at no additional cost, which made us even more comfortable. We enjoy various resort activities such as climbing, archery, heated swimming pools, gym and ping-pong, all-inclusive with no extra cost. The location is also excellent, only 10 minutes from downtown Gramado! We are already scheduled to return next year!

Julia was an excellent host that made our whole experience enjoyable and free of stress. The apartment was excellent and the resort is absolutely beautiful with lots of amenities and closed to everything. We highly recommend our host and her place and will definitely be back!

All very good. It would be perfect if they included breakfast in the daily rates. The very cozy apartment, the condominium one of the most beautiful in Gramado, and the best colonial cafe I ate, too bad it wasn't included. This was my third city visit and this was the best stay. Congratulations.

It was spectacular. The hotel is fantastic and the attention that Adriano Renato gave us was sensational, very attentive, helpful and careful. Breakfast is a true gastronomic banquet. The bath is excellent and the bed very cozy. We will definitely return!!!!

We had a wonderful experience in the stay we had at Laghetto Golden Resort, Gabriela was very agile in everything that was requested during our negotiation, the place is very new inaugurated less than 1 years ago, the structure is excellent and super indicated for families with children, where the structure of the Resort is welcoming and aimed at a perfect experience, the fact that it is a standard structure Laghetto a reference in Serra Gaúcha is the guarantee of a perfect choice.

The room is clean, with great space for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Bedding and bath towels are of great quality. The hotel structure is excellent. Breakfast with lots of options and very tasty. Janaína responded to all questions and clarified all the details of the stay. I recommend the accommodation.

Second time I stay at the golden I really liked Alexandre's apartment because it was singing so zero noise from people and conversations through the hallway and because it was on the ground floor as it was with my elderly father and my young son was close to the reception, restaurant and pools compared to the other apt that I stayed the last time it will be in the second floor. Apt clean and wide I really like this hotel so we came back and we will definitely come back more often

Second time staying in this place incrivél! Cleda was very attentive and promptly answered my doubts! The venue has room service and has a microwave, if you need dishes you can pick up at the Resort restaurant. It was wonderful!
