Our stay at this property was truly an unforgettable experience! From the warm hospitality to the thoughtfully curated amenities, everything was perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. The amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable—geyser, microwave, gas oven, fridge, LED TV, AC, iron, a spacious dining table, a cozy sofa, and a luxurious king-size bed. The beautifully decorated room, along with a clean and well-maintained washroom, added to our comfort. One of the highlights was the big, wonderful balcony, which provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another fantastic feature was the well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to unwind and was accessible until 7:00 PM. The attention to detail and overall ambiance made this stay truly special. We are grateful for such an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending this place to others. Looking forward to visiting

The house is located in prime location,near to Candolim beach,very peaceful society. It has a very big ,well maintained pool.Lush greenery surrounds the place.The house is very clean and was cleaned every day.All the amenties are provided.There's ample curtlery,you can even cook. The hall is very big ,perfect place to hangout with the group.Its located on ground floor.There's porch on two sides of th house,one with pool view which i loved

Was a lil sceptical because it was a new Airbnb, but the pictures looked amazing. Once we reached there we were awestruck. Undoubtedly the best airbnb I’ve been to. Everything is so well thought and functional. +10000 aura points for the aesthetics. Definitely recommend it to everyone without a second thought. Watching the sunrise while I lay in bed through the window was magical. Radhika and her mom (hosts) are the sweetest people you’ll come across!!

Great place to stay with your large group or family. The place is extremely well maintained and the pool is amazing. The butlers were really helpful and helped us in managing our stay well. Master bedroom bathtub, Jacuzzi pool and the green surroundings surely made us feel amazing. The villa is one of 10 and the common pool is also amazing. All in all a great deal.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Great Place to stay for group of 8-10 people have huge space and very positive vibe

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

The place is extremely beautiful, with a balcony view that never fails to leave you in a trance. It is nested away in a lush green surrounding that is very private and yet is a 5 minute ride to the beach. Our host, Parth, is incredibly cool and kept us entertained with a lively conversation spanning music to a way of living. Overall, it was a 11/10 stay, would highly recommend it.

Caroline's place was perfect for our family visit - we stayed there for 4 nights. This was our first time renting an AirBnB in India and it was a great experience thanks to Caroline's great communication and friendly suggestions. The place was quite big as described and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was central to be able to cover north/south Goa, a quick trip to Panaji city area and walkable to Donna Paula Getty. We would love to come back and stay at this AirBnB with family in future.

This is a beautiful property which has been maintained with so much love! The interiors have been done very tastefully and all the utilities were working as expected. All the concerns of any were resolved immediately and Alison was very prompt in responding to all my texts and made me feel very comfortable. This trip was for my parents and they loved the stay as much as they enjoyed going around. Every morning we had our tea in beautiful front lawn garden and at night it looked mesmerizing. Thank you once again. We will surely be back again next time :)

the property was great. very clean and spacious. utensils are provided for one to cook. the host was responsive and helpful. not to forget, the caretaker was also very helpful and polite. great service. i look forward to book this property again during my next trip to Goa.

We had a lot of fun in this quaint place, easy to reach, a little far from beaches but close enough to good eateries around. South and north both are accessible from here. The house is super clean and very comfy . The only thing which was unexpected was the size of the pool. Looking forward to come back here sometime.

The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again
