It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We chose this listing for the proximity to our family during the weekend. We are very satisfied it was very hot when we arrived and the place was very clean. Just a little hard to find a spot to park our car in the evening but we got there!

When you stay at Isabel's beautiful home you enter an enchanted world. You arrive at the gate to the private street and Isabel greets you and escorts you up the cobbled street, through a bower of flowering shrubs to her door. Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s and became the home to luminaries of the art and literary worlds of late 19th century Paris. While retaining all of the charm of this storied street, Isabel has renovated this two story space to the highest contemporary standards. All of the appliances are high end and meticulously maintained. The bedroom and spacious bathroom with excellent shower are on the second level and there is a daybed and another excellent shower and powder room on the first floor. The open plan kitchen, dining area, living room on that level look out on the garden through a double height window. Throughout there is beautiful and sophisticated lighting . Isabel is a kind, thoughtful and brilliant host. the best we have ever encountered.

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

We are very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Everything was as described, it was clean, the apartment had everything we needed, and the host was very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and many dining options available and easy and close access to the main attractions of Paris. We highly recommend choosing this apartment.

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Really cosy, nicely decorated and spacious apartment, with everything you need during your stay. Good communication with Charlotte and her parents living next door. Really felt like our home in Paris.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Alain and Eric are exceptional hosts. So kind and welcoming to share their gorgeous apartment. Spotless with high quality linens. Comfortable beds and completely quiet in the heart of Paris. The garden is amazing but unfortunately too cold for us to fully enjoy this time of year. We will be back!!

We are regulars of this accommodation and come back because it is perfectly suited to our search: good value for money, quiet, good level residence, close to metro line 10 which quickly brings us to the center of Paris. Boulogne is also a city that smells a bit of the province while being very close. The Sunday morning Escudier market (about 300m) is worth a visit.

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!

a wonderful apartment on the edge of Paris. the area has everything you need, but is close to the heart of the city. Laia was a wonderful host. the space has everything you might need.

The apartment exceeded expectations! My wife and I truly felt at home, it was very comfortable and cozy. The neighbourhood is fantastic, with endless options, you almost don’t want to venture elsewhere. Florence greeted us, and was very responsive on the occasions we needed. We loved shopping for dinner at nearby marché Beauvau and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Thank you, Florence, we can’t wait to stay here again!
