Ciana’s place is a 5 min walk to the beautiful Carmena beach. It’s lesser known and quiet. Loved having breakfast on the beach everyday. Her place is in a gated community. Everything necessary is available nearby. Anthony helped me check in, was very helpful. Set me up completely before leaving to the apartment. The place was squeaky clean. Fridge was stocked. Had all the kitchen necessities for you to cook and enjoy your meals. 2 balconies. I would definitely visit again.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in South Goa, this is it! The rooms are beautifully designed, Pinterest-worthy, and so aesthetically pleasing. Everything was spotless and incredibly hygienic, making it feel like a true home away from home. Garvit, the host, was exceptionally warm and helpful, treating us more like friends than guests. He gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit, and Leena, the housekeeper, was also incredibly kind and attentive. And if you're an animal lover, you'll adore Chiku, their friendly dog who watches over the house and provides the best company. If you're hesitating, don’t—this place is an absolute gem. Just book it!

I can highly recommend this air bnb. The standard was superb and if you like to cook you will be pleasantly surprised with the kitchen. All is there. We did not have to buy water since the water purifier was there. The beach was within a minutes walk although there was nearly no noice coming from the street. At the back, from the balcony you will wake up able to see the djungle and hear the birds chirping and singing. The beds were big and comfortable. All was neately managed. The host is easy to get the hold on if needed and welcomes you like it's your own home.

The property was well-maintained, clean, and exceptionally beautiful with a great view. Basappa was personally attentive and very helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. All necessities were thoughtfully provided, and the execution was seamless, even the housekeeping was spot on, making the stay even better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a great peaceful and secure place to stay with family and friends.The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. The housekeeping team and services were impressively efficient. My only minor suggestion would be to consider cooking of fish items, although we were notified of this in advance. Overall, it was an excellent experience

We absolutely loved this property. The property is exactly like how it's shown in the images and it is a short drive away from VARCA beach. The hosts' were lovely, they gave us detailed instructions on how to get into the property, recommendations on things to do and places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend this property.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.
