Serene getaway on a street lined with bars/restaurants! Only a few minutes walk to a really nice and swimmable beach. Do bear in mind that it is one of 5 apartments so you will often times have neighbors but in most cases for me this hasn’t been too disruptive or impeding. If you want a lowkey getaway to unwind with great views, look no further 👌🏽

Third time staying in Francisco’s place. Francisco accommodated us in a short notice. This beautiful place is located close to the beach, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops and much more. Perfect location!! You will not be disappointed!! We will be back soon!!

We were in Rincon for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to get to everywhere that we needed. Plenty of space for our family with a very well stocked kitchen.

This is a great location near beautiful beach walk distance to restaurants. Everything was clean!!! I will recommend this place!!!! The host is communicate fast. Everything was just and more as posted.

Perfecto! Luis’ home is a cozy beach cottage with a huge, beautiful sun room and a fabulous deck. The view was exquisite. We felt right at home and had everything we needed, including immediate access to fantastic surfing. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. (I suspect the bars you might notice on some of the windows were actually meant for hurricane protection.) Luis was an excellent host. He responded to all messages rapidly and pleasantly, and left us feeling with a true sense of what living on the island would be like. We sincerely hope to return someday soon.

We had a great time in Rincon and this awesome spot provided us with some great times and great vibes. We loved how close it was to a very beautiful and quiet beach. Since the beach has rocks and coral really close to the shore we chose to walk the beach to the restaurant/bar (5 min walk) where there was a clear entry into the ocean. We also traveled to Aguadilla to visit Crash Boat beach as well as the other local Rincon beaches where the surfers provided entertainment. Rincon also has a great art walk on Thursdays, which we took advantage of. The restaurants and bakeries close by are top notch, providing great food and drinks. Alycia's home was perfect! It was just as described and all the listed amenities were there. The directions she provided led us straight to the driveway. Alycia was very communicative and made sure we got in ok as well as provided us with instructions upon leaving. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another trip! Thanks Alycia!

Our stay here was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every moment we spent here, we had so much fun. Went to so many near by attractions. We do recommend you not bring any luggage with wheels as described in the listing as it is a bit of a walk through the sand. Very relaxing location.

The perfect family spot! We had surfers and kids and were close to great surf breaks, restaurants and a pretty much private beach at the end of the street! Lisa’s house is fully stocked with everything you need. Kitchen is professional grade with 3 super markets very close if you cook at home, and if not at end of street are food trucks with variety of options that were all amazing. Downtown is also walking distance which was great for Art wall and restaurants. Little private beach has minimal waves perfect for kids and Lisa has sand toys and chairs umbrellas so you’ll want for nothing then come back to hang at the pool and outside grille! We will definitely be back!

Rumary was a great host: very reaponsive and nice. Apartment was very clean, functional, and had a great view. All the beds were comfortable and housed all 8 without any problems.

Nestled down a steep driveway and located right on the water, it offers stunning views and a chance to immerse yourself in the sounds of the sea. If you love the sound of waves and the sight of Venus as the evening star, this place is perfect for you. The place is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The air-conditioned rooms were a great touch, and we appreciated the provided drinking water. The kitchen was well-equipped, the host was excellent and very responsive. He went out of their way to make special arrangements for my family and even asked about our interests and added thoughtful, personal touches to make our stay memorable. While the crashing waves against the concrete base might not be the most relaxing for everyone, the beauty of the view more than makes up for it. The location is also super convenient just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. Will be back and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Jose’s home. The property is comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The pool was definitely our favorite spot; we made unforgettable memories there. José and his wife were incredibly attentive, always making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location in Isabela is great, and I would love to stay here again when I return. Thank you for everything!

Had a great stay at this rental in Rincon. Right on the water, nice pool area and small private beach. Unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The sunset views are beautiful and the location near the town of Rincon is perfect for dining and activities. We would definitely return to this rental in the future.
