Great place to stay! Magnificent view!

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild weather even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house is not missing anything, a fenced garden and a terrace with a view. Walk directly from home. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. We stayed in Nice for a week as a family and enjoyed the place there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including BBQ. 👍 Raphael was always quick and helpful to our questions, came by herself twice and even provided us with the private ping pong table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we only traveled by bus and train. We highly recommend this apartment from Raphael! 👍💪👌 Great!

Thank you Christopher and Suzanne for a lovely 10 night stay at your peaceful and cozy cottage. We were sad to leave. You gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and walks with our dog (Gourdon, vieux village de Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Massif de L’Esterel, Parc de la Brague, Valbonne Village). We discovered 2 local restaurants just 5-7 minutes drive from the cottage that were quite delicious: Cé La Vi and Mezcla Loca (highly recommend for fresh and innovative tapas à la français/californian) All in all we look forward to returning. We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We will go back with great pleasure. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

It's such a shame to stay in a beautiful accommodation for one night ~ The host's thoughtful consideration is everywhere. Bedding, umbrella, warmth, there was nothing missing! In particular, there are the essentials we need, such as an electric rice cooker, scissors, and chopsticks, so it was a great place to stay for Korean travelers.Cute puppies and a great night view.A refreshing morning. Even a friendly host ~ ~ You'll have to choose this place for your next trip to Nice ~ ~.

Our stay was fantastic! Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, check-in was extremely nice and straightforward. The location is excellent – just a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the port of Cannes. There is also an excellent bakery nearby where we could get fresh baguette for breakfast every morning. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

Very nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the mountains and doing activities like hiking. Everything is well in order and organized, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, A/C, clean sheets, etc. Isabelle the host is very friendly, responds quickly and can offer various hiking options. For dog lovers, Obi (I can't tell which breed), is a young person full of energy and very friendly. In short, I would definitely recommend!

A stay that my son and I will not forget. The setting is beautiful, a large quiet terrace, the accommodation is perfect, everything is functional. We also took full advantage of the beautiful pool every day alone. As for Bernadette, she is at the top, at the expense of our arrival until departure. A great host +++ We will go back with great pleasure.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. We had a good time, the apartment is equipped with all amenities, a balcony and a terrace above the apartment whose view of the gulf pays off of the small effort to do when walking the uphill street to reach the apartment. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We had a great time. Apartment surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes from the sea, recently renovated and complete with everything. The view from the living room is fantastic. Air conditioning and heating. Comfortable beds. Friendly owners. Recommended
