There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay and allowing us into your beautiful home. Will definitely be back Arrivederci 🥰

Interior design Bijou. Direct staircase from the apartment to the lake is ideal for cold water swimming. Then warm up at the fireplace. Brilliant room layout with retreats. If you can celebrate Christmas in Sebastian's Logis, you don't need gifts under the tree.

The place was in a great location for water sports. Communication with Stefano was very easy and flexible, as was the checkout. Also noteworthy was the private parking space and the space offered to you in and around the property. We will be back!:)

Beautiful views and comfortable villa to stay a few nights. The villa felt like home and had everything we needed to cook our own meals with a grocery store a short walk away. The location of the accomodation is a fair hike up from the train station and town of Varenna and the busses didn’t run at regular/ convenient times. If the weather is fine and you don’t mind a walk, it’s definitely doable (without luggage). The accomodation and town has an old Italian charm about it, which we loved.

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

Antonio is a very likeable host. We really liked the accommodation and the great garden. Unfortunately, it was too cold for a dip in the pool around this time of year. I'm sure that's great in the summer 😊

Stunning! We had a wonder stay and can't wait to visit again. The view really is breathtaking. We didn't want to leave!

What a terrific host. She was so easy to communicate with, she met us at the apartment (she lives downstairs). she showed us all around, but also had lots of brochures and information about things to do in town during the weekend. During the stay, she was very helpful with any questions we had about logistics - really going above and beyond. But what she did that was just amazing is warn about about a train strike the next day. With this information we were able to leave town early (our original train ended up being canceled) and still make our destination. we would have been stuck w/out this crucial information. Just an example of how helpful she is
