Vacation rentals in Campobello di Licata

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Rosanna and Gaetano's 'ranch-style' house, which is low slung and sits in a generous olive tree grove, with a wrap-around terrace that offers shady seating areas. The house accommodates up to six people, and could accommodate a family of four very generously, though we were only two, so the place space felt huge. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a morning at the sandy beach, about 1 mile from the house. The surrounding countryside is arid (July) and evocative. Rosanna and Gaetano were perfect hosts, extremely welcoming and responsive throughout. We speak hardly any Italian and we speak hardly any English but we managed to communicate fine. They twice dropped off fresh pastries, were very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and when our return flight was cancelled they were flexible about letting us stay for a couple more nights. A great place with great hosts!

Our stay here was everything we hoped for and more! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped and has an astonishing view over the valley. Would recommend to everyone!

Giuseppe and his wife were friendly and very kind. Impeccable cleanliness. The accommodation matches the description and photos: the kitchen is super equipped, the veranda is the top, the climate is ideal for August and we were in peace and quiet . Being a country house, the street is a little narrow and dirt. In the evening if you are too tired, the veranda is a real treat and if you are in the morning, the morning after the coffee... a book and wait for the whole family to wake up. Giuseppe has a garden and left me some delicious tomatoes. The place is well connected to the neighboring villages and the beach of Bovo Marina is beautiful... there is free parking just behind the paid one (Giuseppe's tip) there is a beautiful pine forest and free beach and beaches I recommend Hakuna Matata (tt new, they are very kind and super organized). Thomas was a very warm and attentive host. We were greeted with a small welcome gift which made the start of our stay particularly enjoyable. His recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area were outstanding. Thomas was always available at short notice for questions and very helpful. The house itself is modern and extensively equipped, plus the beautiful sea view. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding villages and beaches. The house has a small, very well-kept garden with fresh herbs and vegetables. Overall a fantastic stay, we can imagine coming back in the future.

Hard to put to words. The view was beautiful. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Friendly town. Easy drive to the beach and the Valle dei Templi. We will definitely be back someday. Highly recommend.

Nice, peaceful place to stay a minute walk from the beach. plenty of outside space to sit and enjoy de weather. Wonderful host.
