I had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place and would definitely recommend it. The interior was cozy and well-accommodated, and the outdoor view was stunning—I could see the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and Santa Croce right from the apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing, but it’s worth noting that it can get noisy on Friday nights and weekends, with people making noise past midnight. Jessica was a fantastic host—very friendly and responsive. She even helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs, which was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the water supply once, but Jessica resolved it quickly, so it wasn’t a big problem. If you don’t mind the stairs to reach the great panorama, the occasional late-night noise, and the quirks of an old water pipe system in the center of Florence, you will love this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying at Sonia’s. It was a very large space and truly feel like we got a lot for our money here. The host welcomed us upon arrival, helped to carry our luggage, and provided fantastic recommendations to local restaurants. The local is amazing and in the center of Florence. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sergio is a super host. He is very hospitable and very quick on responding to any requests. The place was very clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The apartment is in a building near the city center. The apartment is within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Firenze. If we go back to Firenze we would definitely stay here again.

Karin has an absolutely beautiful place in Florence, right on the outskirts so you’re not in the downtown hustle and bustle but a reasonable 15-30 minute walk to many downtown attractions and restaurants. The house was gorgeous, spacious, modern and inviting. A few noteworthy things for future renters, it did have private parking listed but in reality it’s a small lot up the street used by the locals. Many times it was full and we had to use another side street. At most it was a 4 minute walk from the house. Also there were only 2 sets of house keys available and the old street that’s used to walk to downtown is STEEP, was fine for us but elderly or people with health issues would probably not be able to use it. Overall a wonderful stay that we would repeat again. The renovations to the house are thoughtful and functional, Karin was helpful and responsive every step of the way and is a great host for all those that come her way. Thanks again!

Great location and the space inside was nice and clean and as described. What makes it better is that Lorenzo is extremely responsive and kind and even gave me recommendations of the area to check out. Thats pretty awesome! Definitely recommend the place because of the great host!

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly
